Best location a block from termini.
Very clean, and room service.
Nice spacious room around 17m2, renovated bathroom, just good mattress.
Breakfast too basic, but everything delicious. Unlimited coffee too.
WiFi on 4th floor good during the day, very slow after 8pm.
Short and easy walk from Central Station via well light street if late in evening. Good value for solo travellers in winter season Single room compact but comfortable. Breakfast excellent and can leave luggage so very handy if not catching train until afternoon or evening
Rooms were comfortable, nice location, great restaurant across the street....Wi-Fi not so good....skimpy breakfast buffet that we were not pleased with...did not offer any fruit...friendly and helpful staff
Very close to termini which is all we wanted. The room has no TV, no kettle, no tea or coffee. The bathroom is big, the view to the street is great! The elevator can stop working any time of the day. So don't stay here...More
The hotel was close to stazione termini, which made transportation easy.Staff at reception helpful, particularly Marco.Very good breakfast!!! We leave for 3 days to Firenze and Marco have our luggage to a place till we be back!!Ill be back again!!
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
Is not possible to walk, its take around 4/5 km... and is different direction. Easier way for you just take the train.. just remember to be careful during in train there is many of pick pocket around.

They have heat and air conditioning in most rooms. Rooms are supposed to work with key cards that turn on lights and temperature controls. However, the key card system was broken in my room. Front desk told me they are broken in many of the rooms and it is too expensive to repair them. So beware and insist on a room where the key card works.
