Fabulous hotel smack in the centre of the city just 15 to 30 mins away from all of Rome's main sights. Staff are brilliant, very helpful. Breakfast served in your room at time of your choice. Small rooms but you're not there much however the...More

We had a wonderful week at the Teatro Pace. The building is charming and quirky; its greatest advantage was being right in the centre of Roma Antica (5 minutes' walk from the Pantheon) but incredibly quiet. Both of our rooms (we extended our stay) were...More

Stayed one night, and wished I could have stayed longer. This is a charming, old hotel on a small street very close to Piazza Navona. The spiral stairs inside date back to the 17th century. My single room was cozy with a comfortable bed. Not...More

I booked a single room, located on the top floor, and it was tiny. However, it was perfect for my stay in Rome. I was out all day, and only needed a comfortable place to sleep and shower, this delivered. The room was clean, the...More

I stayed here for my last night in Rome and I wish I had stayed longer. Teatro Pace is in a perfect location where several restaurants and even a few major sights are within walking distance. Don't let the three stars fool you. Their amicable...More

Hallo, Hotel Teatro. I opened TripAdvisor just now to link your reviews to an email to my travelling companions. Having read the reply to Sophie, I'm stunned. No matter her position &/or why, the response that was posted to her dissatisfaction reads very poorly -- from the viewpoint of someone about to encourage a group of travelers that your hotel is where we should book. It is an unprofessional rant. A very simple explanation/reminder of your cancellation policy and an apology for her displeasure is all that is needed. (You do apologize, but it gets lost.) If I were you, I'd take your response to her down. I hope I haven't overstepped in my suggestion. But I'm wondering how you'd treat me if I encountered any kind of a problem during my stay with you. And, I'd hope it would not be like your reply indicates -- impatient and abrasive.
