This is one of those places which are near station. This was chosen for the convenience to accees all the public transports.
In this place also, we would have a language barrier when it comes to communicate in English. But the people here are trying...More
Stayed in this hotel since it was close to the train station. Very affordable and pleasant. Room was pretty small as was the shower but good value.
Would recommend this hotel for only 1 night if having a quite stay over in Rome.
Located in a walkable distance from station Termini, it provides better access to all station and tourist places. It had few stalls (shoes and dresses) assembled in the street in the morning which gives slighter disturbance if you are given road facing rooms, better to...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

It's in a fairly quite part in a back street. it was fine during the day time as the markets were open but when it got dark it didn't feel as "safe" as I would have hoped, I was with my BF so felt safeish, as long as you're not both walking back really late in the evening then I'm sure you'll feel safe, as there are shops very close by that are open. it is very close to the station and is a great hotel with AMAZING aircon
