Great location. Air conditioned large rooms. Very comfortable. Super friendly staff. The outdoor garden is very pleasant to relax in. But.. The showers are too small to turn around in. Breakfast is not going to satisfy an American palate or appetite.

You can find prices and book on the Casa Il Rosario website. As far as I remember, you'll have to provide your credit card details, but they don't require pre-payment.
