We had luckily looked at previous reviews to find where it was - difficult if you don't know what you're looking for! (Brown wooden door with buzzer for hotel azzurra - small sign on the wall about a4 sized) Once we found it and got to the reception desk we were met with excellent customer service and our room was...

Good enough for a 2 night visit to central Rome. Clean and basic and reflects the price for this area of Rome. Difficult to find - a large wooden door with small buttons and hotel name in tiny writing on on of the call buttons - wish we had known that beforehand. The cleaning girl let us in and was...

My family recently spent 14 days traveling through Europe. We saw 6 different hotels. The hotel Azzurra was the worst one of all of them. If you are looking for a bed to sleep in, then you will be looking at the right hotel. If you are looking for anything else, you should keep looking. Right off the bat it...

We stayed at this place with my wife recently. It is a good budget accommodation close to all the romantic spots in Rome(Trevi & Spanish steps). Barberini metro is only 5 minutes walk.Hotel is in the 4th or 5th floor of a building(which i can't remember) along with other hotels in the same building. Make sure to use the old...

Lovely hotel, service was really great - hair dryer in room and free drinks in the fridge and air conditioning. Breakfast was minimal but very nice and coffee was delicious. Central to attractions and great advice from hotel manager about places to eat and visit. Would stay there again

We were welcomed very warmly to this hotel, the man in the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful when asked about the local and wider areas. We went as a family of three (with our four year old) and the staff were very friendly towards our little girl. The room was very clean and well maintained. The room we...

This is a great little hotel, located centrally and very close to the Trevi fountain. Although basic and requiring redecoration, it is clean and was all we needed when we stayed in October. It is great value for money considering the location. The staff are really friendly and helpful and even called us to see if we needed help in...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
