Great location, really close to the Colosseum metro, very clean and renovated rooms, friendly staff. Totally recommend this place. It is a 2 star due to the fact that it has no other facilities (i.e. Restaurants, public toilets etc).
Our 5th time to Rome, but it was our 1st time staying in the Monti district, and we really liked it. This boutique hotel’s location is excellent for walking ancient Rome (3 min walk to the Forum, 10 min walk to the Coliseum). It is...More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at
Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.

I don't recall seeing one in my room. I didn't need one when I stayed in early November last year. I kept the windows open. I was in Rome again in May of 2017 (not this hotel though) and it was already borderline getting too warm to be comfortable in the room even with the window open.
It is a great location though and the front desk guys were great. I enjoyed my time there.
