Excellent hotel in Rome!
Perfect location, with walking access to every spot you want to see.
10min to the Trevi fountains, 5min to the Pantheon, 30min to St Peter's, 15min to the Colloseum, 20 min to Spanish steps, 10min Piazza Navona 10min to Trastevere, plus tons of restaurants, Cafes and Gelaterias.
The rooms are clean, spacious, updated with comfy beds and pillows.
The staff is excellent with great spirits, always smiling!
I loved my stay! Thanks to Jimmy and Martina who made our stay so memorable.
Can't wait to come back!

We appreciated the friendly staff at this hotel, but overall we didn't think think this hotel was worth the price we paid.
This hotel is set in a private residential area right next door to the Largo di Torre Argentina ruins, on the first floor (second floor, for non-Europeans). The elevator to go up to the hotel is tiny and only one person is allowed to use it at a time.
We sprung for a suite room with breakfast, but found that neither of these upgrades was really worth the money. The suite we stayed in was all the way down the corridor of the hotel, but we realized the next day that it was right next to the hotel's kitchen/bar, meaning that we were woken up at 7 AM every day by the staff working to prepare breakfast and hotel guests grabbing breakfast; this noise did not subside until after the breakfast service ended towards 11 AM. There was no sound proofing and we could hear the clinking of utensils as guests sat down to eat and as the staff cleaned up. Would highly suggest not getting a suite or a room near the dining area if you are sensitive to noise.
The breakfast was also a miss. Again, the service was friendly, but we found the food to be fairly inedible. By the end of our stay, we regretted having paid for breakfast for the entire stay because there was nothing we wanted to eat.
The room itself was massive, but it was clear that the building was refurbished and nothing (from the toiletries to the linens) felt new or luxe. The location was pretty central, however, and an easy 10-20 minute bus ride or 15-30 minute walk to most tourist attractions.

Dear 686kikiw, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our hotel. We're thrilled to hear that you had a great time, especially with the help of our staff members and location. The elevator size depends from the architecture of the building we are located in, it is from 16th century. We apologise if you heard noises coming from our bar, we will try to soundproof better that room for our future guests. We will improve our breakfast as well, thanks for your suggestions. Should your travels bring you back to the area, we would be honored to welcome you again. If you have any more feedback or comments, please feel free to reach out. Best regards, Staff

This is about 10 minutes taxi ride from train station. Be warned we didn’t agree a price and were ripped off!
Hotel is an old monetary and so well upgraded and decorated, absolutely beautiful loved the breakfast room.
Clean, modern and felt very safe and secure. Stayed in room 203, no views but none expected. There is a lift big enough for 1 with a case or two. The check in was perfect staff friendly and helpful and showed us to our room. Room had a double and 2 singles which we pushed together as we are family of 3. Lots of closet space, fridge and safe. Bathroom had a shower and they provided slippers, wash, hand wash, shampoo along with extras of accessory boxes with cotton pads, cotton buds, shower caps, nail files, sewing kits and dental kits and shaving kits! Absolutely amazing!
The shower and hand washes were beautiful smelling and moisturising I have dry skin so am always careful but I loved them.
Room was cleaned daily without issue. Very modern access pad where you can put a light on to say “don’t disturb” or “please make up” it also shows of the room is occupied.
Breakfast was lovely the staff were polite and accommodating. Range of cheese, bread, meats, central’s, nuts, yoghurts, pastries, muffins, pancakes and toaster, spreads including Nutella ( my 9 yr old was happy) Also ample fruit and English tea with a range of juices. Could not fault.
It was a short walk to all tourist spots we found the location perfect. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering booking.
Lovely touch of having umbrellas available in hall which we used 2 day.

This hotel offers a multitude of fantastic features. Its prime location allows for convenient walking access to various attractions; the Pantheon is just minutes away, while the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps are within a 15-minute stroll. Even the Colosseum, a bit further, is reachable within 30 minutes on foot, offering a delightful historical journey along the way.
Once a monastery, the hotel retains some original architectural elements, seamlessly blending them with modern decor to create a stunning ambiance. Despite its proximity to a bustling street, the hotel provides a peaceful retreat where outside noise dissipates, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploration. The staff, from receptionists to cafe waiters, are exceptionally friendly and attentive, committed to providing guests with an exceptional experience. The breakfast was offering many options, which is a great boost at the start of a busy day exploring Rome.
The room was very clean. The bathroom was also great and spacious.
We would definitely stay in there next time!

Spent 9 days at this hotel. Blends in perfectly with the surrounding area and at the same time meets.
Any request we made was answered quickly and with a very positive attitude.
Location itself is so Central in Rome that everything was walkable within 20 to 25 minutes. With plenty of things like the Pantheon and Trevi very close. - Piazzas like Navona are right in backyard. Also highly recommend Tucci's restaurant - a short walk
Air-conditioning was AWESOME - Which during travel in Southern Europe in the Summer is a must.
Great experience.

This small gem of a hotel was quite a surprise find for us. we had rented an apartment for the last few nights of our stay in italy and during the trip received note that due to"unforeseen" problems the rental was not available. Rather than going through another booking agency, we decided to simply get a nice hotel without worries about kitchen, etc. Based on our familiarity with the city, a hotel near the Torre di Argentina ruins in the very center of the city (historic center) seemed like a good choice. The size of the hotel (small and intimate) was attractive. We returned from Naples by train to the central station and it was a simple 9 euro taxi ride from there...and the location was even better than we imagined. EVERYTHING is within walking distance. The hotel is set in a restored and converted 16th century convent and you pass through two courtyards before you arrive at the entrance. The staff (24 hrs and perfect English) is attentive friendly and helpful...including a complimentary glass of prosecco! We had a very early departure from Rome airport (7:00am) and the staff arranged a taxi pick-up for us at our requested 4:00am time. Can't say enough good things about this hotel....oh yes, also back from the street makes it a quiet place in the middle of the busy Centro Storico.

Unfortunately, an incident that occurred at check in affected our entire stay at this property.
When we arrived at the reception, one of the staff, thinking that we didn't understand and spoke Italian, said out loud "these two cojoiners have already arrived!", then as if nothing had happened, he smiled at us and welcomed us in English.
Having pointed this out, he tried to make excuses and was even more rude.
Unfortunately, no one from the hotel, not least the management, apologized to us.
Cursing is a sign of absolute civility, especially towards customers. Maybe the person doesn't realize that "these idiots" give them a living.
The location of the hotel is truly very strategic.
In a few minutes on foot you can reach many places of interest such as the Jewish Ghetto, Trastevere, Piazza Venezia and the Campidoglio, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.
The room we were given was really small although equipped with the necessary comforts (room 106).
The maintenance of the rooms leaves a little to be desired.... we found the sink completely broken and the shower leaking.
Furthermore, the door handle was also poorly secured.
The breakfast without praise and without infamy. No typical products, basic breakfast I would say, certainly not 4 star.

Wonderful staff. Joana was exceptional and very knowledgeable about the city and what to do around. A special thank you!
So were the others, just wonderful and very helpful. Hotel is in a great location to walk to so many attractions and the place has been renovated with a modern look and very well organized (it’s an old building so some spaces are a little small), but that’s the case around that area. The stay was great and would gladly return if we end up in Rome again.

We stayed 4 nights in a superior double room, which was on the 3rd floor of the building tucked into the corner. For such a well located city centre hotel, the room was a really good size and so quiet. Everything about the room felt very clean and new.
The hotel has adapted for the required Covid measures - masks mandatory while getting breakfast, hand sanitising stations placed around the property etc. The staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful, particularly the taxi advice we were given which saved us some cash!
The location is ideal - 5 min walk from Piazza Navona and Pantheon, and centrally located between Colosseum and the Vatican so all sightseeing is walkable. Despite this, the location feels really safe and quiet being in a courtyard away from the main road with great security. We got the room at a very good rate which may have been down to the reduction in tourists caused by all the ongoing travel restrictions. Breakfast had a good mix despite the limited space available in the dining room (loved the warm bread rolls!) - this was included in our rate.
Would definitely stay here if visiting Rome again!
