The location was very good, near the termini! Gulia was very very helpfull and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was good enough and they were cleaning the room everyday.

I stayed here with my friend for 5 days and it was just perfect ! The rooms are nice and spacious with free internet and air condition and nicely decorated. You can see that the owner has a passion for this industry by the way they take care of their place. Free water and free coffee in the lobby is...

The view from the window is great. The staff was very kind, always friendly and helpful with all of our requests and questions. The staff also helped to plan a tour and to buy online tickets for the city sightseeing. The location is very good, close to a metro station (Castro Pretorio), the main Termini Central Station and a lot...

Nice hotel, the girl from reception was very very nice an helped us with every request. The walls are a bit thin therefore you can be woken up by other tourist, but this was not the case for me as my alarm usually rang at 7 :) I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very convenient distance from Termini station. The room was decent, very clean, nothing fancy but had everything we needed. There is a little bar with complimentary coffee, tea, water, which was a nice touch. Giulia in the reception was extremely nice and accommodating, made us feel welcome, provided useful tips. It was also very...

The Hotel is located (a bit hidden inside a housing complex, which is easy to find if you keep looking for an iron entry gate) near Termini station, so it is the perfect starting point for any guests who want to travel via Metro or bus to all the sightseeing-locations in rome. Furthermore, the rooms are comfortable, functional and clean....

We stayed for one night only and on arrival, after being told of all of our charges on the Hotels website (including local taxes) we were then charged another 7 euros extra tax by the receptionist!! As you may imagine, we were a little put off by this but had to accept as we were only staying in Rome for...

The location was good. However, the room was not so good. Quite old and not really clean. Also, the people were actually a bit strange. They didn't speak English and they just had a odd response. It was quite cheap though. Would not recommend it.

Good price. Excelent location close to main amenities in the city centre. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Excelent view with balcony. The lift was a little bit weird because is too old. I really enjoyed my journey there.

Staying in San Lorenzo

Neighbourhood Profile
San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This gritty student neighbourhood immediately east of Termini train station is on the avant-garde rise. Art galleries, curated mural projects by artists like Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San Lorenzo with counter-culture chic. Don’t worry, San Lorenzo still retains its local vibe with weekend festivals and demonstrations, and is always a hub for Rome’s university student scene.
