I stayed there for a night with my friends. We chose the place because of location which is close to Vatican and San pietro and within walking distance to trastevere, piazza navona. It had an early check in time which was very important for us since we arrived around 9 o clock in the morning. The b&b is an apartment...

We were there last April. there is a difference between pics and reality. The place was a disaster for us especially for a 90 euro rate. The feet stick while walking on the floor barefoot. the breakfast consists of one frozen croissant that is made warm, the Juice cheap and not fresh. Bread terrible. The bed occupies most of the...

Position is central. The Bed and Breakfast is clean, rooms are pretty tiny, like in a cruise cabin, therefore you get what you pay! It was not noisy at all. Personnel is friendly. There was no view from my room but I was using it just for sleeping. Breakfast can be improved, as well as some little things (plasma instead...

A very nice B&B very close to the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. We had a quad room with two adults and two children and slept well. Our room was quite noisy early evening from street noise but it quietened down at 10PM and was not a problem. Rome is a city to get around by foot so the 20 minute...

My partner and I stayed in a double room for 3 nights. We travelled by train from the Fiumicino Airport to Termini and then changed to the Line A metro to Ottaviano. This was pretty easy to do and the B&B is not far from the station (10 min walk). The building itself was not hard to find but you...

We stayed in room four, which had poor wifi because of the distance from the router. However, it had a room looking out into the courtyard which was beautiful. The room was very clean, and the apartment building was very nice. The room had everything you would need including a blow dryer, and the bathroom was huge and very modern....

We spent 4 nights here, and can highly recommend this as a place to stay in Rome. It's in a great location, not far from the Vatican, and in a nice part of the city - not overly touristy, but plenty of shops and restaurants, and also in easy walking distance from the metro station. The room was clean and...

We stayed in this B&B for 3 nights and were very impressed. We got a friendly and thorough introduction and were explained exactly how to get from the B&B to all tourist destinations (which are very close). It was very quiet as we were facing the inner court yard. Breakfast was simple but good. During the day they have a...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
