The inn is located on a quiet side street one block from a major street. There is not a big sign so you have to look closely at the building occupant name plate and summon the attendant from the door. The property is within 10-20 minute walking distance from the Station Termini and the Coliseum among others. The Metro system...

We stayed at the Aenea at the end of July 2011. We picked this hotel because of its location. We arrived to Rome by train and walked about 10 minutes from the Termini to the hotel. It also very close to the Colosseum and the Piazza Venezia. We found a very nice hotel that answered all of our needs. The...

Aenea provided excellent service right from the time we got off the plane. We used their shuttle service which picked us up and delivered us right to the door. We felt very safe as there are three doors to go through. The staff are all very friendly and provide very knowledgeable information, provide you with maps of where you want...

* in between Roma Termini and the Colosseum * quiet street...when we opened the window in the morning we could hear the birds whistling * rooms: not big, but everything was there (tv, wifi, shower, airco, good bed, fridge,...) * breakfast: there is no breakfast room. From 7.30am on, someone puts a basket with croissants and bread on a hook...

I had been so busy around the time of booking this trip, and had checked so many different lodging options online, that I'd thought I'd booked a different hotel. So, I was a taken aback when, instead of the full-service hotel with buffet breakfast that I was sure I'd booked, our cabbie from the airport dropped us off at this...

The hotel is situated in a building that is reminisicent, based on the exterior of the building, of World War II, but the room was quite a surprise. Terraccotta flooring, fresh yellow paint, and colorful bed spreads made the room both warm and comfortable. There was a Nespresso machine for expresso and fresh rolls appeared outside the room early each...

We stayed here as a last minute booking toward the end of a 2 weeks vacation in Italy. We loved the people who ran the place, Hernan was very helpful and provided good information and tips for enjoying Rome. We also liked the coffee service and breads delivered to the room each morning for breakfast. The inn is very close...

Myself and my boyfriend have just come back from a 3 night stay at Aenea. It was fantastic, on arrival we were shown to our room, given a map and very good reccommendations of places to see, restaurants nearby and also a very handle supermarket 5 minutes walk which was very cheap for water and essentials. The breakfast is lovely...

I didnt know you could get service like this from any place i've ever been, way beyond helpful staff, wonderful breakfast and espresso every morning, it was clean and updated, yet had that true rome feeling. We had our own patio, with a nice view of the city, the beds were comfortable, it was great, just a few min walk...

Small, city hotel between Termini Station and Colosseum. The location was very good and the service was perfect. At the first night we got lot of tips about walking tours to sights and also about good restaurants near the hotel. Hotel is very tiny, but clean and quiet. I liked it a lot. Fresh croisants etc with coffee for the...
