Stayed here for 4 nights recently as I was doing a tour of the Amalfi Coast. I was really impressed with the facilities for a campsite. First two nights I stayed in a 3 bed tent which was basic but comfortable then the final two nights was in a Superior Bungalow which are very new and amazing. Restaurant and bar...

Great place for the value. We had a bungalow complete with private bathroom, beds and linens, electric etc. I only took a deep electric frying pan and electric kettle and was set for our stay. Grocery store directly across from the camping but due to construction at the time, this was quite a dangerous walk. Since we were there to...

I stayed here in my motorhome . Very easy to find as the main road into rome from the coast is the one you want. Reasonably cheep , clean and nice staff but if you have a dog like my wife and i have to get the free shuttle bus to and from Rome (Vatican city) the dog has to...

Only cons: food was better than the Venice affiliate and there was a nice bar/restaurant area and a pool. Firstly, the tent areas have no noise restrictions what so ever! We had choirs singing up until 11:30pm and people standing around talking loudly etc, generally being drunk. That was our first night. The second night was in cabins, no better...

Having previously stayed at a couple of Plus Hostels (including Florence + Berlin) we decided to stick with the formula and go with this Plus Camping Roma. Obviously this is a slight variation on the Plus formula, and it wasn't the same luxury hostel we were accustomed to, however for what it was it was amazing and good value for...

Its a great place to stay if you are on a budget, like me and my husband were at the time. There are great facilities on the camp site such as washing machines, pool, shops, restaurants, internet cafe, ect, but our chalet offered zero noise sound barriers. We may as well have slept under the stars - it was literally...

I'm not sure why the last review experianced unfriendly staff as we didnt come across that at all during our 4 night stay. Had a tent which yes it was hot during the day but it is July so we didnt expect any less. The pool is an oasis during the day with good drinks and food. Shuttle to town...

My partner and I have just spent the last three nights at this camping village for a base to visit Rome. It is quite far from Rome, however a shuttle service for 3 euros each takes you directly to the Vatican which was great. We stayed in a private tent that was so hot during the day you couldn't be...

We used this place to start our charity moped ride from Rome back to the UK. Friendly english speeking staff. Basic but functional cabins. Shuttle buses to Rome. Clubhouse and restaurant. Supermarket across the road.

This site is a bit of a faff to get to, we got the train to Aurelia then walked for 15 minutes with our massive backpacks! There was a shuttle bus to metro stop Cipro near the Vatican for £ euro return which we used after that. Staff were all extremely friendly, the man who worked in the info centre...
