Our room was small but spotlessly clean, lovely fluffy white towels. on the top floor so lots of stairs no lift. Breakfast was good too. 10min walk from Metro. Lots of restaurants nearby and supermarket across the road.

This is a decent hotel with clean rooms. The hotel is away from the hustle bustle of the city and close to a metro so that you can reach anywhere easily. We were actually able to walk from the train station to the hotel.

As far as I remember there's no access. There's no lift too.

Yes, I believe the charge is a government tax collected by the hotel and based on the number of nights you stay.
