we stayed in the large suite room 305 with a private balcony & 2 queen beds. room was great, bathroom with opening window was excellent & again a good size. The heated towel rack & amenities , robes etc ... wonderful. Only gripe is the awful breakfast & the churlish breakfast staff, esp the older lady & the asian girl....

Dear Customer, thanks for your review and for your appreciation of our service. We are sorry to hear about breakfast and I have personally talked to the Breakfast staff as not to have incidents as this in the future. However it is worthy to remind that our staff let you enter a few minutes prior to Breakfast Hall closing time...

The staff at Hotel Alimandi Vaticano and the facility were absolutely fabulous. We were warmly greeted everyday and helped with any questions that we had. The breakfast was excellent every morning. We had an early morning tour one day and they provided us with a few pastries and coffee prior to our departure even though the breakfast had not started...

We returned from Rome about a week ago now. We are a family of four and we all loved the Alimandi. We had a quadruple room which had ample space and storage, overlooking the Vatican Museum. Our two girls loved the room and in particular the toiletries. These were very generous and re-stocked daily. The room was spotless. Well equipped...

we stayed at Hotel Alimandi Vaticano for the 3rd time and it was just as great! The staff is friendly and helpful; the breakfast provides a nice selection of foods; and the rooms are large and nicely furnished. The location is perfect - close to the Vatican and also close to the Metro and other public transportation. There are many...

Directly across from Vatican Museum. Hotel room was immaculate and well furnished. Had an actual tub, not just a shower cubicle. Lovely rooftop terrace to share a bottle of wine. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast.

This was my second time in Rome and first time at this hotel. We chose this hotel because of its location and it was perfect. The bed was not comfortable but we did not expect it to be plus but have to admit it was a hard mattress and pillows. TV reception and wifi was excellent. I wanted to give...

Dear Customer, thanks for your sharing your experience! I just like to point out that our mattresses are firm, not as those in UK or in the US very soft. In Italy we don't use that kind of soft mattress. If one looks at our past reviews many customers have reported that our mattresses are firm but the great majority...

Having been to Rome 5 times previously one of which was a family visit 7 years ago when the kids were 3 and 10 we thought it would be nice to revisit and see how much they could remember. We have always chosen a good quality 4 star hotel in the past usually in or around Via Nationalle. This time...

We have just come back from our amazing stay, with a great location and wonderful breakfast buffet. But the best part was the quality of the staff, with the private balcony (we stayed in no. 305) coming in a close second.

A group of 12 pilgrims to Israel stopped in Rome for 5 days on our way back to the USA. We had the great fortune to stay at Hotel Alimandi Vaticano which happens to be directly across the street from the entrance to the Vatican Museum. Needless to say, it is a perfect location for those who visit Rome for...
