hotel rooms basic, clean comfy bed crisp white cotton sheets. small shower. Free safe, fridge and hairdryer, only let down by the need for fresh lick of paint. Breakfast excellent all tastes catered for. Staff very helpful. lovely quiet gardens to chill and relax in after the hustle and bustle of Rome. Rome is the easiest city in terms of...

We found all the hotel staff to be friendly, helpful and english speaking. Rooms are basic - walls could do with painting but everything else was spotlessly clean. Shower cubicle in bathroom was a bit on the small size but once again very clean. Rooms have a safe, a fridge & hairdryer. Grounds are lovely to sit in with a...

Plain and simple: this hotel has its ups and downs. I stayed here with a tour group so the decision wasn't mine. If it were mine I most likely would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Ups: While the guest buildings have a dormitory feel, the room was overall clean and comfortable. The main building is elegant and well-maintained. The staff...

Rooms adequate and clean, breakfast good, located about 3 miles west of main sites. Buses are frequent and nearest Metro about 15 minutes walk away. Best if Vatican is your main reason to visit. Had the feel of a Youth Hostel/school trip stay-off at times - as a result the reception area has the feel of an airport waiting room...

After reading a few reviews I was a little apprehensive. Upon arrival staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable, there was a great variety for breakfast and buses were very frequent. Ideal location as it's out of the city, works well. Would definitely go back.

Just returned after an amazing Rome trip! The hotel is probably more a 3.5* but I opted for the higher option of 4 as we had no massive complaints. Staff were friendly and informative, breakfast was ok, could have been better but the rooms we're clean and spacious! I'd return here if going back to Rome as we had the...

We were been there in 2010. Room was small, shower not perfect, but breakfast was the best. :-) Also location was very good, bus stop very close and you was in few minutes close to Vatican and then you should use metro and travel rome all round. Staff was friendly. Rome was exciting, we have enjoyed it at all. :-)

Domus Pacis was fine! Clean comfortable rooms and a very generous breakfast buffet to fuel yourself up for a good day's sightseeing. Not too far from the nearest subway on foot(max 10 mins?) though be careful on the narrow sidewalk/pavement. One bit of advice-make a note of the route back to the hotel on your first day. Got a bit...
