Nice hotel wrll positioned very close to the A metro station Manzoni. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of food. The rooms are a bit noisy and some aspects doesn't fit with the 4 official star rating ( no bathrobe no slippers available)
Positives - Very friendly front desk ladies who gave us brilliant suggestions for restaurants for dinner. Great location. Great breakfast. Negatives - We were a group of 8 and after a morning of tiring and hot sight seeing, it would have been great to relax...More

Very convenient location near the Manzoni metro station and tram line. Antonella was super helpful and managed to get our room ready two hours before check-in time. Excellent breakfast. The room was bright and the bed was very comfortable.
Fantastic location for all the main tourist attractions. All front of house staff extremely professional and helpful.
Great beer garden with the fantastic Alessandro catering to your every whim.
Would definitely return and would recommend this hotel for old and young alike.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
