The location was ok. The breakfast selection was very few. We stayed at the third floor and the hallway and the room were smelling bad. There wasn't a window in the room, the only window was in the bathroom. It was not a pleasant stay after all.

The hotel overall isn't a bad, little bit old but the rooms are clean. Room size is ok for the price. No water kettle available in the room. For the staff, you can't say anything more than average. The man at the time we checked in was friendly. At night shift there was a lady who talks very loudly and wasn't friendly at all. The breakfast was minimal, there were no choices of cheese except for the processed kind. Staff at the breakfast were friendly and helpful. Small elevator, very good location.

Recently stayed here for a couple nights and on the second day discovered bed bugs. Brought it to the front desks attention where they apologized and stated they would clean the room whilst I was out. This really didn't happen and I found myself not being able to sleep on the final night. I felt a little disappointed that they didn't address my concerns. Apart from that incident staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great location and the breakfast is sufficient.

Whilst this hotel is in a good location for sites and train station, there is nothing else to add. Rooms are clean but dated inner rooms have no windows except in bathroom, the staff were neither rude or helpful.

Hotel is conveniently located to the train/metro station. Room was small and bathroom very small but clean and had a wonderful balcony. Room is quite dated. Front staff not overly helpful. Would recommend however. There has been some posts about people hanging about in this area - we didn't see any sketchy looking people at all. Felt safe everywhere we went.
