Convinient Location, 6 or 7 minutes' walk from the Termini Station, 15 minutes' walk to Colloseo, a nearby supermarket, litterarily neighbouring Bascillica Santa Maria Maggiore. Staff's nice. A Philippino guy named Dante, he's warm-hearted and helpful. It's a suite on the 2nd (excluding the ground piano) floor of a quite elderly building (even equipped with an antique elevator). Each (small)...

We normally do not stay at bed and breakfasts but we decided that the location and price were right so we booked it. From the outside, it looks like any other part of Rome, but once inside the rooms are spacious and charming. The glass enclosed bathroom was very modern and trendy. We enjoyed a substantial breakfast and the Manager...

A city centre b and b offering well priced, large clean rooms in an excellent location with a good continental breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. We were four women each staying as a single in a double room but I would happily stay as a couple as the rooms and the bed are large and comfortable. A little Spartan in...

We spent two nights in a family room for 4. The room and bathroom were better than in any other hotel we stayed in in Italy. It was quiet, the airconditioning worked perfectly, it was clean and both Maria and Dante were simply great. We want to thank them for their help, advice, and good sense of humour. Next time...

This B&B is truly a gem - we could experience what an old Rome buildling was like (with the tall wooden door, courtyard and old but effective lift) yet enjoying an absolutely modern interior in the pantry and the room. Everything was clean and neat. Good AC. Breakfast served by staff. Dante was nice introducing how to walk to different...

We went to this B&B after being cheated out of our lodging and money by an unethical place (long story), so suffice to say, we weren't in good moods and almost ready to return to the USA early. Enjoy B&B changed all that. This is a lovely building on a the nice side of Termini. But the real gem here...

We want to thank Dante, who made our stay very easy and he was very helpful. Its our first time to try such kind of properties which is like Pensione (boarding house) and we found it perfect as we were travelling with our friends whom having kids. The flat is perfectly clean, rooms are big and new, there is a...

The place is great, well located, near Termini station but not in the "ugly" part of Termini, right in front Santa Maria Maggiore. Access from/to airport is perfect, walking distance to the main attractions, buses from city centre... The flat is perfectly clean, rooms are big and new, and there is a nice kitchen-living space. WIFI works everywhere, also in...

Being my first visit to Rome I was apprehensive as to exactly how central Enjoy B & B exactly was. I have limited mobility and was worried about how accessible the B&B would be. There is a lift, although you do have to manage about eight stairs to get to it, but after that the lift is fine. Dante was...

Good location, easy access to termini station and bus network. The place is nicely decorated, calm, clean and staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs. We felt like home. Wifi is for free of charge, however the signal is was not always very strong in the room. The entrance is not very obvious, but could be easily located.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
