We got the wrong room service every morning and couldn’t change our order, our shower was broken so we could not shower. The receptionist was never there. The noise of outside was awful. We couldn’t sleepMore

Our room had a balcony, tv and a hairdryer but I can't be sure about every room of the hotel. Also sitting at the balcony wasn't a very good idea because of the pigeons!
