This place was recommended by an Italian couple who said they knew the woman who owns it. It is not a good choice, it is difficult in terms of location, the people are not very friendly and the choices for a breakfast is limited to coffee, old pastries, and cereal that appeared

I spent a long weekend again at the friendly B&B and the rooms or the service hadn't changed at all. I was welcomed by the owner and his children and felt properly on holiday immediately. The facilities make it easy to be independent and not tied to any timetable. I like to

The location is terrible, totally outside of Rome, you have to go to the last stop of the underground A, there you have to take a Bus ride for around 10 minutes and then you have to walk around 7 minutes in streets which are totally insecure for pedestrian. Also the underground

The first thing that is written on our web site is that we are not in the city center, we even specify that you must use the underground and then the bus... We then sent an e.mail with clear indications about how far the B&B is and how to reach us. Having said that, how can you expect to pay €55 per night and be located centrally ? B&Bs in the center of Rome ask twice that amount... Obviously these girls didn't do their homework, read our website or check on Google maps the precise location, something I always do before booking a holiday! The underground did close at 21.00 during their stay as the Rome council was doing maintenance on the lines during the night to not create havoc during the day, a substitute bus service was available from 21 to midnight as was explained to the girls. I live in the apartment under the B&B so it is impossible to say I was "never there"... I was unable to be there to welcome them as they arrived later than foreseen, I advised the guests that my colleague would welcome them on my behalf and that she unfortunately didn't speak good English, the girls actually replied saying that she understood Italian so this wouldn't be a problem ! When I returned home I met with the girls to welcome them personally. We received their booking through an on-line booking agent that takes a service charge and a deposit in advance, travelers may not know but that deposit is not given to the Hotel or B&B but remains with the booking agent. What the B&B then receives from the guests is the "Balance Due" as specified in an e.mail that is sent both to the guests and to the B&B upon confirmation: These girls recommend searching for other options, but we recommend that travelers read carefully our web site, our indications and also check up on Google Maps. Reading all documents from Booking Agents may also help to make traveling easier... Tiziana Petrangeli

Although the location is far outside of the city center there are a lot of things to recommend this cute little B&B. First of all, it is very clean, and the rooms are all very charming. We stayed in the red room, which was very romantic. Also, you can make your own breakfast in
