My friends and I recently spent a week at the lovely, peaceful La Valle dei Casali. This is located away from the busy and noisy centre of Rome but there is a good bus service at the top of the lane which takes about half an hour to the Vatican area of the city. There are several good restaurants in...

We spent 7 nights at this delightful b&b where we were warmly welcomed by hosts Guiseppe & Anatolia for whom nothing was too much trouble. Each day we took bus 98, the stop only 5 minutes walk down the lane, into central Rome & were happy to return each evening to this peaceful setting with its large, well-maintained garden and...

The swimming pool was still open when we were there while the website mentioned it would close..very nice ! Both Anatolia and Giuspesse are so friendly and you are way from the busy city... Only...

This was the last stop of our 3 week Italian holiday. We were looking for something relaxing and quiet, and we definitely found it here at the villa. The owners are hilarious, kind, very helpful. Nice facilities- room was basic but just what we needed. Pool was awesome and breakfast was good. Would recommend!

We stayed there for five days and it was wonderful! Anatolia lovely and the whole family, and domestic hot place, and gives a sense of calm after the hustle and bustle of the long walks during the day. There is a bus stop close to the center of Rome and travel very comfortable. Rural atmosphere and we were happy to...

We fell in love upon arrival! At first I was concerned that we would not be in the heart of Rome and "close by" all the sights. That concern went away immediately when we realized how close we would actually be and without all the noise. The B&B is within walking distance of the city bus stop and you take...

This is a lovley little B&B and both Giuseppe and Anatolia were wonderful hosts. We had a rome in the main house which was lovely, although there are other little rooms in the gardens which looked equally as lovely. We had the use of the kitcen facilites so were able to prepare a few nibbles from the super market just...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Ancient Countryhouse, a gem nestled in the green area not far from downtown and the Vatican City. The valley of the farmhouses gave the name at the B & B, and now has become a Park. The many details in wrought iron, wood and stone give a unique charm to the exterior, particularly noticeable with a wise and careful lighting at night. The old deep basin of rainwater harvesting to irrigate fields and orchards, it has become ,thanks to a skilful restoration work, an open air swimming pool to enjoy a welcome cocktail. ... more   less
