The location is decent, 10 min walk to the metro. Great room service every day, friendly staff. One problem for me was that I booked a double bed room but they gave me a double bed with 2 single mattresses that kept splitting apart of course every night! The breakfast is ok, the waffles & crepes are great! The girl...

This has to be one of the strangest hotels I have ever stayed in .Checking in was simple staff very friendly room basic but clean ( no carpets anywhere in the hotel ) so because of this very noisy when people are walking around in high heels this could explain why there are soft slippers in room .according to the...

I am travelling alone for business. The hotel is located in a park, so it is very quiet and you can enjoy a relaxing moment on the beautiful open terrace. My room (a double) is large and comfortable. The colours of the floor and walls are a bit old style, but everything is clean. Breakfast is very rich with amazing...

We scrambled to find a hotel when our original reservations fell through (no fault of this hotel). Kind of serendipitous. The rooms are a little spartan, but functional. The reception/lounge area makes up for that and the breakfast buffet was expansive. Do check out the add-on bidet, lol! PS. There is a switch to control the blackout shades, it's under...

The people at the reception were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The reception is also the nicest place of the hotel with a beautiful ceiling reminding of the former use of the building (monastry?). The remaining has been carefully destroyed with steel frames and metal blinds and cheap building materials. The room is spartan and has been in need of...

This hotel was recommended to me because it was located close to a client-office. The reservation via de website was efficient and correct. Price was surprisingly reasonable, possibly because my stay included a weekend. Road-access is easy, public transport may be a bit more complicated (no metro in walking distance). The hotel is located in an enclosed private park and has...

The hotel lacks curb appeal but we were impressed with the reception area and remained hopeful as the receptionists we're welcoming. having said that we had booked 2 rooms (one double and one twin for our sons) and it didn't occur to them that we may want to be near each other and put us 2 floors apart.? The rooms...

The rooms were clean, air conditioned and beds comfortable. However, breakfast was chaotic, the waitresses just didn't want you there. Breakfast should be served 7.30 - 9.30 but at 8.45 things ran out, ie scrambled egg, bread, cheese, meat, fruit juice and we were told "it finished". At 9.00 the waitresses helped themselves to croissants etc and disappeared into the...

Air conditioning just doesnt work , room was 26 Degrees C even with the guy setting it at 19 !. Lost a good nights sleep. Staff are amiable and friendly but its not enough , the management needs to fix the basics !

Room was great, service was great and personnel was very polite and helpful! There is parking but not shadow. There is a facility with Gym and a swimming pool right next to the hotel's main entrance (resides inside the hotel's premises).
