My wife & I traveled to Italy for our one year anniversary. Rome was our last stop and I happened to find out about Villa Laetitia when browsing a travel magazine. I almost passed by the write up it was so small. Well, I must agree with the magazine that it was a wonderful, small, secret of a hotel. We...

Villa Laetitia is a wonderful hotel that is about 1mi. NE of the Vatican right on the Tiber. The location is perfect - about 5-10min. walk to either the Lepanto Metro station or the Piazza del Popolo/Flaminio Metro station. Since you are slightly away from the city, the noise level is very low - you are staying in a real...

My girldfriend and I have just returned from a 2 night stay at the Villa Laetitia and it was a great experience, quite a tribute since I wasn't in a good mood cos the cab driver from the airport conned me out of 50 euros!!!. The room was very unusual in its decor and made a nice change from standard...

We picked the Laetitia after looking at reviews for dozens of hotels in Rome. We were not disappointed. The location was fine.. a little out of the main centres, but (for us, keen walkers) only about 20 minutes from the Spanish Steps, the same to the Vatican and only 10 minutes from the nearest Metro (Lepanto, red line A )....

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Laetitia! The rooms are beautiful...the decor, tiles, heated bathroom floor, bed linens, kitchen, flat screen TV (with loads of satellite channels), and many more amenities....all first class! We especially loved our suite with kitchen & private terrace. Francesco, Wolf, and Eva were all wonderful, and accommodated all of our needs. There are some...

The Villa was a fabulous place to stay on our honeymoon. It was so lovely and quiet and away from all the noise of Rome. The hotel staff was absolutely great and friendly. I will be recommending Villa Laetitia to anyone that visits Rome.

We spent three nights at Villa Laetitia at the end of May when Rome was experiencing a bit of a heat wave! Upon arrival, we were unsure how to get inside the huge gates that protect the property; luckily, one of the staff was outside accepting a delivery, and he warmly ushered us inside. For the rest of your stay,...

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Laetitia. We saw the funny side of our first impressions which initially threw us. As travellers from the US our dollar limited our choices of accomodation. Laetitia however was luxurious and great value for money in an otherwise expensive city. We booked a standard room to keep within our budget. Our friends from the...

We spent eight nights at Villa Laetitia and each was a pleasure. The personal service from Francesco, Carlo and Federica was outstanding. They were so helpful with directions and recommendations and just enjoyable conversation. The Villa Laetitia is convenient to almost anywhere and it is in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are great and comfortable. Be sure and make Villa...
