          Yes Michele called someone that they use, sorry I just don't remember the exact price but I remember that I saved ten euro's using him.

          On the information page for this residence (on the Internet) it says that the residence is air-conditioned. I know that air-conditioning in Europe is not necessarily as powerful as in the States. Was it sufficient to cool down the room in the summer heat? I would also like to know if the wireless access (which is in the lobby only) is reliable and reasonably fast. Thank you.

          My ac worked very well it was a unit attached high on a wall and we used the remote, I used my IPad in my room no problems and in the lobby no problem with reliability or speed.
