We stayed for just one night at this hotel as we were boarding a cruise ship the next day. It is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from Rome Termini train station. It was a 25 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The staff were really helpful. The room was adequate but really clean and a modern bathroom and great shower. The breakfast was lovely with a hot & cold selection.

When we returned from our cruise our flight wasn’t until 9pm that evening so we contacted the hotel and for 80 euros they allowed 4 of us to have a room for the afternoon to have a shower and leave our cases which was really great. The lady on reception was lovely. We then got a taxi for 55 euros directly back to Fuimicino airport which the hotel lady arranged. This journey was about 40 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel, the lovely staff and the great location to the station. I will definitely return.

Just returned with my son from a 3 night break in Rome. I am so pleased we stayed at this hotel. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, quiet and spotlessly clean and we had breakfast which was buffet style which was ideal before we went out exploring Rome. There was a fridge in the room along with coffee/tea making facilities, hairdryer, safe and body wash/shampoo etc. It's in an ideal location for Termini train station with plenty of convenient stores, eating places nearby. We hope to return!

We stayed here as a group of four, myself, my husband and our two kids. We had booked as part of a City Break deal with Jet2 and had breakfast included.

The hotel is a five minute walk from Termini train station in the centre of Rome, down a small side street. It's not the prettiest location, but it's very handy, being around a 20-30 minutes walk to the Colesseum and other attractions.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and all seemed to speak English, which was great as my Italian basically extends to asking where the bathroom is.

On arrival everyone has to pay a city tax. This isn't something that is specific to this hotel, it's a Rome wide thing and is €4 per person per night.

We had a quadruple room on the second floor. It didn't feel cramped and the bathroom was spacious. There were plenty of towels, along with toiletries. There was a kettle in the room along with cups and a selection of tea bags but if you like a proper English brew I recommend you bring your own. There was a fridge that could be used to store milk etc.

There was plenty of storage space, a desk, and a smart TV which my children quickly discovered had the Netflix and YouTube app, though you will need to sign into Netflix. Extra pillows were provided by the cleaning staff when they realised we had used the extra blankets as pillows on the first night, which I thought was great customer service.

The windows and thick curtains do seem to block out most of the noise from the street but we always sleep with the windows open so if you're the same you might want to bring ear plugs as Rome is noisy!

The room was generally comfortable and very clean. My only criticism would be that there are no hooks on the walls to hang coats and bags, and these things tend to pile up when you have young kids.

Rooms are accessed via an elevator with the stairs being used only for fire / emergency etc.

Downstairs there is a bar which we didn't use but it's apparently available 24/7.

Breakfast is served 7-10. I don't understand the other reviews complaining about the breakfast. It's a fantastic spread. It tends towards the sweet side, but that is traditional for Italy so I'm not sure why people are complaining about this. If you want bacon and eggs don't choose an Italian holiday? There was a selection of cereals, fruits, continental meats and cheeses, bread for toasting, and a huge selection of sweet pastries and cakes, plus coffee, juice etc.

On our last night, we had a lot of cigarette smoke drift into the room. It wasn't from outside (we looked) so I'm guessing it was coming through the air con / heating system. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free so that was disappointing as it went on till about 1am.

Other than that, we had a lovely time in Rome and would definitely stay at the hotel again.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and over all we were happy with the experience.
The location is brilliant, a 15/20 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain which is surrounded by lots of amazing food places for lunch/dinner and about a 30 minute walk from the Colosseum, however if you are not up for walking the hotel is 2 minutes from Termini the main train station.
The room was a good size and was cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels provided every day as well. The bathroom was fine however the shower was a bit small. Our only real complaints about the hotel was that the bed was not the comfiest, the mattress was quite hard and they only provided 2 pillows (one each) with no spares in the room. Also throughout the night our aircon kept randomly coming on and was very loud usually waking us up. If they upgraded the mattresses this would be a 5/5 but the bed was just too uncomfortable.

Yes hotel was perfect for our first family citybreak with kids aged 9 and 12. The quadruple room was in fact 2 rooms separated by a sliding door, with comfortable beds for everyone, unlike other hotels where it's a double and sofabed which isn't big enough for 2 kids, or one of them is on a pop up bed. Everything was very clean and kept that way by housekeeping. The breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold and the staff allowed us to have it slightly earlier one day to enable us to leave in time for our day trip to Pompeii. Location is great, near Termini Station and walkable to some sights or the metro. It wasn't too noisy overnight despite having the window open. Would return to this hotel.

Brilliant location for Termini and Metro in quiet street. Welcoming and exceptionally clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast exceeded expectations, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, toast, cold meats and cheese, delicious pastries and tarts, everything presented perfectly with attention to good hygiene practice. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

Absolutely a greate experience at this hotel, location is perfect with only a 5 min walk from the main train station, couldn't fault any of the staff especially the reception guys, very helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Hotel is extremely clean and tidy and amazing value for money. We stayed in a double room ( 2 adults). The furthest walk was to the Vatican city and that's only an hour and a half normal walk ( guaranteed the best way to go is by foot) . Would recommend this hotel 100%.

A lovely small hotel in the centre of Rome with amazing staff! I travelled with my daughter for a 4 night stay to explore Rome. The location of the hotel is perfect easy to navigate to the main attractions and when its just too far to walk reception can call you a taxi.
Rooms had everything you needed and cleaned daily. We were not in the main building but 2 doors down in room 605.
We would recommend for anyone look for a base to explore this beautiful city.

Recently returned from a 4 night stay at Yes Hotel; cannot fault this hotel for the price paid. Excellent location for Termini and lovely well priced bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was compact but very clean and modern, good sized bathroom with powerful shower; air conditioning unit was fairly quiet and really good which was needed through the night. Breakfast was basic but very tasty and plentiful and lastly all staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely return to the Yes Hotel.

Agree with all the positive reviews I read before staying at the Yes Hotel last week. The hotel is a mere five minute walk from Termini. The staff on reception (we met three during our city break stay) were invariably friendly, helpful and informative. Nothing was ever too much to ask - the younger man on reception even opened a bottle of water I was struggling to open! The hotel is small and we felt that was part of its charm; our room was spotlessly clean and the cleaning lady was so polite and friendly. We were pleased we had the safe, fridge, tea making facilities. There was a TV but only one news program in English - but we were so tired by the end of our busy days TV wasn’t missed at all. Can genuinely recommend this hotel, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to all the staff.

Jet2 did not offer free transfer. We took the da Vinci express fro the airport to Termini station. It’s €14 each and take just over half an hour. Leave termini by the side entrance and it’s a 5 minute walk
