We loved the location of this hotel. We were a short walk away from the Vatican, grocery, and many restaurants. The room was clean and adequate. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very minimal and we didn't realize we were being charged for...More
This hotel was our least favorite of our 3-week stay in Italy. The staff was cordial but not overly friendly. The room was adequate but the toilet seat had been broken prior to our stay and was taped rather than replaced. The continental breakfast offered...More
We traveled with some friends in May and I was so pleased with this hotel. Our room was wonderful, clean and large compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Italy. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating though he didn't...More

Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets,
quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
From this hotel you are close to all of Vatican City sites and northern Rome. You will most likely want to take the metro to Santa Maria church and the colosseum. We found this to be a good location in Rome to stay at :)
