We stayed here for the second time in 3 years. This time we were here with our 2 daughters (19 and 14 years old). We got 2 connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms. The rooms were clean and had everything you need for a 3 nights stay. At the end you are only a few hours in your room to refresh...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for the 3 nights we spent in Rome and it was awesome. The staff was totally accommodating and bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay. The concierge spent a lot of time with us walking us through a map of places to see (and places to avoid) during our trip and...

This hotel is in a wonderful old building on a very charming side street which is very close to great restaurants and shopping. The building still has a very old cage style elevator that still works which we thought was awesome. We walked to Vatican, Pantheon, Colosseum, etc. The neighborhood is so nice and we spent hours just walking and...

Ok I want to be fair but I have to tell the truth about my experience. I booked Relais dei Papi via European Destination Tours and paid to have an upgrade on my room from standard to deluxe. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by the friendly front desk clerk, he helped us to our room which was completly...

Dear guest, we are very sorry about the problems regarding your reservation, but we feel the need to clear some points. We do have 3 categories of rooms, deluxe, superior and standard. The standard rooms are subdivided in classic and modern. The travel agency you booked through (European Destinations) has only allotments for the standard classic rooms, therefore it is...

Stayed at here between 1st and 5th July 2014. We arrived at the hotel at 8pm and first thing we noticed was a lit up purple sign right outside the hotel on a quiet side street , once in we noticed a old fashioned lift which took us to the forth floor reception , we was greeted by a lovely...

As stated by others, the location is wonderful, the breakfast ample and delicious and everyone we came in contact with were very helpful with any question asked. The rooms are...

We stayed one night here as we arrived early in Rome and it was the only place we could get. The room was expensive, very basic and small. We had a room with a jacuzzi in the bath but the bath was in the room ie theer was no bathroom only a toilet. The location is good but the hotel...

Firstly this hotel is in a wonderful location. The area felt very safe and was close to an excellent shopping area, with lots of excellent restaurants nearby but in the evening it was lovely and quiet. You are around 10 minutes walk from St Peters and Vatican city, 20 minutes from the Piazza Navono, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The...

We got to the hotel in Rome around 8:30 in the evening. We were exhausted from flying a red eye from Los Angeles. We were greeted by Guiseppe who was absolutely fantastic! He spoke perfect english, showed us to our room and around the hotel, then gave us a map of Rome. He showed us where we were on the...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
