I stayed 2 nights at this little hotel to attend a workshop in Rome. It was perfect: close to the train station, comfortable bed and pillow, very clean room, perfect position to allow some touristic activities after work. Although minimalist, it had everything I needed to enjoy my stay (air conditioning, heat, TV, tea, a working table, Wifi). Monica was...

We had a quick two nights stay in Rome in late March and were looking for somewhere comfortable, close to the sights and with easy access to transport links - and from the reviews, it looked like Gulliver's would be the ideal hotel. Happily, it lived up to our expectations! We arrived rather late on a rainy Saturday night, and...

We stayed for 3 nights at Gulliver's Lodge during our recent trip to Rome and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. After short walk (around 10 minutes with our cases) from Rome's main train station we arrived at Gulliver's Lodge to pleasant greeting from Monica. Monica showed us to our room and then helped us plot our way around...

Gulliver's Lodge is so centrally located that it made for a perfect vacation. We were within 20 minutes walking distance from the Coliseum in one direction, and Termini in the other. Being able to close the shutters at night let us have a reasonably dark room. The staff, especially Monica, were very helpful and attentive. We booked via Booking.com, but...

We stayed at Gullivers Lodge for four nights. The room were clean, spacious and everything it looks like in the pictures. Location was great. It was only a short walk from Termini/underground and in walking distance to most attractions in Rome. The owners were very helpful when we booked our stay and flexible when we checked out. Recommend it.

The main feature of the place is its location. It is 8-10 minutes from the transportation hub for the entire Rome: Termini train station, bus central station, and the crossing of both Metro lines.Walking distance to Colloseum, and even Vatican within 20 minutes by the public transportation. Is is surrounded by many local restaurant and cafees including those locals frequent,...

This hotel location was perfect. It was an easy downhill walk with our suitcases from Termini train station. We could also walk to all the main attractions from the hotel. (colleseum, roman forum, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, pantheon) We were here on our honeymoon and arrived to a cold bottle of champagne, and rose petals scattered over the bed! Mary...

Just stayed here at the end of October 2015 for 2 nights. Monica met us at the door and showed us our rooms & gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do. The rooms were very clean and had everything that we needed including a safe to put valuables in. Check out was at 11am...but we...

We were hear in august 2015. It was a great 'lodge' with a good location near the colosseum and the neighbourhood monti. Instead of other comments below we think it was not really a noisy neighbourhood. You only hear the subway sometimes but we didnt mind actually. Monica was our host and she was just great! Whenever we needed something...

We were here in early October 2014. I was surprised to feel the rumble of the subway in our room, as I had not read about this on previous reviews. You could tell that the subway must be close underground. As well, on two nights of our four night stay there was quite loud music that I believe was coming...
