We stayed at the Hotel Artorius for 6 nights in early November and thought it was outstanding. We were able to check in mid morning when we arrived on Saturday. The staff was extremely friendly and able to answer all our questions. The hotel itself is located on a side street off of Via Nationale and very close (within a...

What a great little hotel located on the 50 yard line in the historic district of Rome. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and convenient. We were able to check in at 9 AM after coming off of an 11 day cruise. The breakfast area was cheerful and the selection was good with something for everyone. My only small complaint was that if...

Very convenient location in the Monti area right in the middle of Rome - you can walk to most of the sites. A 5 minute walk from Cavour metro station. It is in a narrow street and doesn't have a large sign so get directions from their website. Parking would be difficult. There are plenty of restaurants nearby but I...

The Hotel Artorius is on a small street near Via Nazionale. Most of the rooms are located on the first floor (which would be the second floor of the hotel with the first floor being the lobby). There is an elevator, which we used with our luggage, but otherwise we just used the stairs, as it was only a short...

We absolutely loved our stay at the Artorius. I was concerned that it wouldn't be very nice due to the pictures. This room doesn't photograph well, but the rooms are beautiful! They are huge, and the walls are fabric covered. The people who run this hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious and ample, and the capuccino...

The Artorius is a great, small hotel which offers very clean, comfortable and affordable accomodation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would definitely consider here again. Rome is expensive and after reading piles of reviews of hotels where the rooms and bathrooms were miniscule, we were surprised by the very sizeable triple room we had, with a good sized...

Stayed for nights in last week of October with my wife and 20 month old son. Charming little hotel on a quiet street just off the via nationale. Very enjoyable stay, perfect location for most of the major sites, lots of nice little restaurants nearby.

We stayed at the Hotel Artorius for a week in early October. We had the hotel arrange for us to be picked up at the airport, well worth the price and peace of mind. The hotel is small and family owned and operated. It is located on a quiet side street, with many restaurants, shops, and a grocery store within...

This hotel is a fantastic gem on a side street near the coliseum. The location cannot be beat for getting a feel for Rome outside of touristy areas. The staff of the hotel are impeccable and the rooms are as well. Would most certainly stay here again.

We stayed at the Artorius for 3 days at the beginning of August and we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. We were a group of 7 family members/friends and we stayed in the triple room (#109). The room was big enough for 3 people with all the luggage. The room has a patio with a table and chairs which...
