My husband and I stayed at B&B Maggiore in May for two nights. I had booked directly on their website. I had also re-confirmed my booking and informed them of my arrival time for check in, to which i did not get a reply until i put in three mails. All they said was the booking was confirmed. Hence i...

Last week I spent 4 nights with two friends at BB Maggiore...Even though the place is nice and has a good location, the service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. The owner was very rude, and made us feel as if we had to thank him to let us stay at his hotel. We had done...

I had a really bad experience with this hotel , or better said HOSTEL. I think they are missing the "S". First of all, quality of service. Reception schedule is only from 9.30 AM to maximum 4.00 PM. If something happens outside these hours and you need assistance, there is nobody you can contact. The stuff is totally unfriendly and...

Location is excellent, close to all Rome attractions and to the transportation network. The neighborhood is also wonderful, with via Cavour leading to the Colosseum and via Merulana (with its wonderful La Panella Bakery) leading to San Giovanni in Laterano. Service was excellent, I needed to leave my luggage and had no problem retrieving it later to leave for Termini...

It was a bit strange because the set up of the bed & breakfast is almost like a hostel, which means that you have your own room which enclosed bath but you will have to share a common room. Apart from this the room was quite ok and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located...

Great Location and staff always trying their best to serve you but it is not a hotel, it is only a guest house as stated by BB Magiore itself. Noisy streets, small rooms, no breakfast or food or drinks service (the only cafe machine is broken down), if you are interested in having hot water to make cup of tea...

Good location. Only a few blocks from the railwaystation (Termini) and close to most of the historical monuments (you could walk to the most of them, ex Colloseum 10 min). Really nice and newly renovated room (great bathroom). There was a little bit hot in the room (not AC, just a fan). The room was located at the 5'th floor....

This place is a stripped-down hotel, comparable to Motel 6 in the United States. Contrary to the name, there is no breakfast, and certainly no homey feeling that characterizes many B&Bs. The rooms are small and sterile, and the service no less cold. However, it is located in a great place, and offers great value for the price. You are...

“Room #6 is with the window to courtyard. Less noise! Bring ear plugs to sleep better because windows and doors are not sound proof. Don't forget to write an email about late arrival to be accepted as service desk works until 19:00. Service desk guy said that you do not need to pay late arrival fee if arrived before 21:00.”
