Loved it here so close to everything with a taxi rank just over the road and a lovely patisserie ! Would I stay again? already planning my next trip. Rooms are clean with a safe and television and I slept very well in comfortable beds. The staff were amazing!

This hotel is close to the Vatican as well as shops and restaurants. It is basic, very clean and meets all of your needs. My room had a patio with a view of St. Peter's dome. There was a closet to hang your clothes, a small desk, and bedside table. There was an electrical plug right next to the bed....

Only one block away from the Vatican; Residenza Madri Pie cannot be beat - clean rooms at a very reasonable price. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well kept and clean. While run by nuns, you do not feel "watched" or "burdened" by being in their hotel. In fact, the only time we saw nuns was when...

This is a fabulously run, greatly located (short walk to St. Peter's) moderate cost, large convent type Bed and Breakfast. St. Peter's and the Vatican was our focus and this was perfection! Room is sparse, very clean, but has all of the essentials, tv, wifi, safe, etc. Ours included a terrace with a table and 2 chairs. Nice in the...

Super near the Vatican with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect for solo travellers who need a peaceful and quiet base for their pilgrimage to Rome. Breakfast was basic buy adequate. Payment in advance was required thru bank transfer - which was a hassle not to mention the additional cost for bank charges. Rooms were sparse (think convent accommodations)...

This wonderful guest house has been our preferred choice in Rome for a number of years. It is just a short walk from the Vatican and close to convenient bus lines. We returned in July, and were again well accommodated. Cristiano was most helpful in the process of making our reservation and once we arrived in Rome. We always returned...

Spent 4 days here this week. The room, the location, the breakfast, and most importantly the outstanding service provided by Christian and his fellow staff members made our stay here in Rome most memorable. My balcony window boasting a view of St. Peter's dome was the icing on the cake! Highly recommended!!!

I spent two nights at this monastery, and highly recommend it. It is very close to the Vatican and located in a friendly neighborhood with shops and a nice local trattoria, Santa Vittoria, where you can dine al fresco on traditional Italian food - great people watching. The room itself was very simple, meticulously clean and very comfortable. It had...

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at this hotel. It was very reasonably priced, the religious sisters and staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect if you plan to do a lot at the Vatican (museums, Wednesday general audience, tour St. Peter's, etc.). The atmosphere was quite and peaceful. Our room had...

Really great location - simple, clean rooms. I liked this hotel a lot and the staff were really helpful and polite. The breakfast was of good quality and a good start to the day. Just a 3 minute walk to St Peter's Basilica.
