I've stayed in one of their apartments for 1 week over Christmas. We are a family with children and my husband was on a weelchair because of a recent operation. The location is in downtown a few meters away from Saint Peter's basilica and when you arrive you don't expect it to be so quiet and safe, being into a...

Stayed as a couple for 5 nights. The location is perfect for the Vatican and no more than a walk from all of the major sights in central Rome. The apartment is clean, spacious and quiet because it is part of a residential block. Be aware that the kitchen utensils and air conditioning are extra so factor it into your...

This is not a regular hotel but an apartment building. Apartments are very comfortable, clean, they have everything you need for your stay. Now, the location: it's at walking distance to the Vatican, two blocks from Piaza San Pietro, the whole area is beautiful, walking distance to River Tiber, very nice and safe area -you can be walking in the...

12 of us stayed in 3 one-bedrooms in the San Pietro in September. - Plenty of space even though we had 4 people per room - You can't beat the location if you want to visit St. Peters Square - under 5 minute walk - Taxi rank outside for taxis 24/7 to take you around the city - good value...

Before arriving at Residence San Pietro, I thought there might be something wrong with a two-bedroom apartment only two blocks from the Vatican at such reasonable prices. We parked in the property's secure, underground garage, which requires good maneuvering skills. Our car, though small, still slightly dragged on one of the pillars. An elevator carried all three of us (spacious...

Bathroom a little bit dated but no problems their (maybe only the shower cabin could be a bit larger). Even almost every dat towels were changed. For us free use of kitchen and WiFi,...

This flat hotel is 2 star category. Good things: - Location is perfect; - The rooms are located away from the street, no noise; - Near the hotel there are really good restaurants and Ice cream :D; - Big space in the room, nice for groups; - Cheap internet; Bad things: - The cleaning was terrible in the room and...

We stayed at this apartment hotel for one night to catch an early flight home the next day. For a family of five the price was just right. Please be aware that this hotel charges extra for use of the kitchen and air conditioning. We paid 10 euros for the air conditioning. This is a nightly rate. Overall, the place...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Residence, opened in 2001, consists of cozy one-, two-, and three-rooms apartments with independent entry, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, TV, direct phone, cleaning-service, supply and change of bed-and bathroom linen, private underground garage with direct access to the floors, lift on 4 levels garage included. Central heating - air conditioning on request. The environment which frames the building is a private garden situated only 100 meters away from Saint Peter's square. The name "La Corte" in Italian means "The Yard", and it's owed to this peculiar condition. Centrality and quiet blend to define a unique space, a sheer oasis of tranquility in the heart of Rome. In front of the theatre "Ghione", only 100 meters away from Saint Peter's square, the Residence allows to reach in a short time, both by bus and by foot, all major sites of historical and artistic interest. It's indeed the closest aparthotel to the Vatican's hospital "Bambino Gesù". ... more   less
