My girlfriend and I stayed here from the 24th till the 26th of may 2014. The B&B is located on the top floor of a large building at 5 minutes walking distance from the colloseum. When you arrive here the first time : the doorbell is located on the top right at the entrance. The welcome was very warm, and...

We really enjoyed our stay in B&B Flavius. The rooms are rather small (especially the bathroom), but very clean. The owners took good care of us, and prepared us a nice breakfast each morning. The breakfast was rather basic for us (1 croissant, 2 pieces of toast and a yoghurt per person), but very lavish considering traditional Italian breakfasts (just...

My husband and I traveled to B&B Flavius actually 2 years ago in June 2012, but I have been planning a new trip to Europe and remembered how much I loved this place, so I needed to review it! First of all, the location was great. We found it just fine and loved how close it is to a bus...

B&B in old historical building in the centre of Rome, just 10 minutes away from Colosseum by walking down the road. Our room was quite small and basic, but clean and nice. Bathroom was also clean, but the smell going out from there was not very pleasant (actually this was the only disadvantage of this B&B). Otherwise it's good value...

Choosing a BnB was a bit of a challenge for me as I have never experience this kind of accommodation arrangement before. The place is really classic Roman type with huge key to enter the main door of Flavius with 4 door bolts to lock. My room is exactly the same one on the picture they advertise. The 2 brothers...

This B&B in Rome is very basic, but clean and very friendly staff. After traveling for 22 hours from Australia we settled into our room on 3rd floor of a very old building, but everything is old in Rome, to get a good nights sleep before we explored Rome. In the morning we came out for breakfast which was served...

My daughter and I made this our first stop on our trip to Italy. We were completely satisfied with this cute little b&b. It is in a charming old building just up the road from the Colloseum and well located to other sites and good cafes. The place was clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was perfect.

The location of B & B Flavius is exellent, short walk to Colosseum etc. and subway, buses & tramway stops are near. In surrounding there are many little shops & restaurants. We had room for 7 nights and enjoyed good breakfasts, tidy room + bathroom, safe and quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, although...

A pleasent place with clean and tidy rooms. Public transportation (and the colosseum) is at a walking distance, the street is quiet and above all we recived great service from Giordano, who makes a great cappuchino every morning.

The first thing you should realize is that bed and breakfasts in Italy are different than in the U.S. By this, I mean that they can do whatever they want, including not being there the day you make your reservation. My boyfriend and I had booked a room there for 4 nights online a few months before our arrival and...
