everything was great: Location near Termini station, well prepared breakfast on demand (last day we wanted to leave earlier and breakfast was ready at 6AM!), the rooms were quiet, nicely decorated, and beds were very comfortable.

We cannot rate this accomodation higher! Luigi and family were incredibly helpful, polite and warm from the moment we arrived. He spoke excellent English and was happy to answer any questions about Rome and it's attractions to see as a tourist. He even provided us with a map, clear directions and the time taken to get to places. Breakfast was... More

Traveled with my son for a Thanksgiving Holiday. He was happy that our room had a pc and internet access. I enjoyed the reasonable price, and the friendly owner GiGi. Breakfast was served in our room then we were able to walk to most everywhere we wanted to go.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
