The good points about Relais Navona: the location is absolutely perfect for exploring Rome. That is what you are paying for, which is reasonable. The host was very friendly when we met him on the first day. When the room was cleaned, it was done to a good standard. There were nice touches in the bathroom such as toiletries, and...

Navon 71 is in a great location the hotel is tipical of small room hotels the superior room we bookd overlooked navona. The room itself was large with dodge plumbing and a tv that didint work. There's no facilities to speak of just a kitchen for all rooms to make tea so its more like a hostel than hotel you...

Hotel is under construction -- open pipes, electrical wires, construction dust. No Elevator to the actual hotel rooms, which could be a problem with elderly family members and/or a lot luggage. Checked-in and my party immediately looked for another place to stay. Hotel would not refund our payments! This is a warning to anyone considering this place for the future....

The Relais Navona71 is not strictly speaking a hotel, the rooms are on the second floor of a building situated on the magnificent piazza Navona, and although the rooms are cleaned each day the personnel are not present all day long, one is provided with keys to the main door and to one's room, it is obviously a family-run business....

An amazing location - in the Piazza Navona. Literally in the centre of everything. Our lovely room overlooked the piazza & it was fabulous to watch the "people parade" below us. The room was a good size and very modern in decor. The bed was comfortable & the bathroom, although small, very nice. We had a refrigerator in our room...

This place is not a hotel, rather similar to an Airbnb (more like a condo with separate renovated rooms and baths), but offers services such as daily cleaning of rooms, baths, laundry, as well as a kitchen with free coffee. The rooms are moderate in size on the first floor with rather steep steps (no elevator), which is not ideal...

We love the location, the complimentary tea and coffee but we are disappointed with the room. Our window opens to a service shaft which basically means room number 5 has no window and no fresh air. So read carefully before you book and do not choose room number five. Other than that- it's all perfect.

We have just come back from our four-night stay at this B&B. Actually, it wasn't a B&B because you are given vouchers for a bar across the pizza. After the first morning, we ate breakfast at a different place each morning, because what you were given was extremely basic, to say the least. My husband being diabetic, we asked for...

We stayed the room with courtyard view but in reality you don't have a window. The "courtyard" is the tiny space inside the building, you cannot see the daylight or check the weather, in addition the smell from the first floor restaurant kitchen is not the most pleasant if you still decide to open the window. Bottom line: The location...
