We booked this hotel for our 6 night stay in Rome based on the good reviews and the good price and were not disappointed. The Hotel is modern, stylish and very clean. The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly despite our poor Italian! I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Rome and would stay here again if returning... More

Staying at the Hotel Pulitzer was fantastic and easily the nicest out of the four Italy hotels we stayed in. It is difficult to get a decent hotel in the middle of Rome and while The Hotel Pulitzer is out of the centre, it is only 100m to the nearest Metro Station (Marconi) and along the bus routes. If you... More

Just spent 3 nights here and had a really great stay. I booked it because it was less than 99Euros per night but would have paid more for this place. This hotel is away from the city center but there is a Metro station one block away that is only 10 minute / 3-4 stops into Rome. The area seemed... More

We spent 2 nights in this hotel and had a wonderful time there. The service was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good, the metro is just a few steps away. The breakfast was great and offers a wide selection. We can only recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with lovely rooms (with a very nice interior). Very friendly (english speaking) staff. Great breakfast. Located 500 m from the subwaystation. This hotel is not in the old citycenter. You need to take the subway everytime you leave the hotel. In the neighbourhood of the hotel there is absolutely nothing to see or to do. But the hotel... More

We stayed here for about 7 nights and though the rooms were lovely, we were disappointed with the level of service. As we were staying for leisure and a conference, we had to check in 3 times, they'd managed to lose the copies of our passports. There were no ironing facilities in the room, or tea & coffee. There were... More

Spent 3 nights here recently, and was very pleased with my choice. The rooms are clean, stylish, modern and well-furnished, with attention to detail such as very generous separate male/female toiletries packs. The only thing missing was tea/coffee facilities in room (but this is pretty normal in Europe). Nice to have a small fridge in the room. Also, I think... More

This hotel had one of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in - much nicer than hotels that are much more expensive. The design of the rooms and also the lobby and bar/reading room are exceptional. The lighting system in the rooms is so complicated it took a bit for me to figure out (you have to leave your... The Hotel is very kool, but is far away from the centre. It is located on a very busy suburb street, where sex workers hang out in the evenings. Not great for family's to see. The area is not the best and if you plan on going out late the gate is locked and there is no security to let... More

We stayed at the Pulitzer from 4th to 11th May having stayed there previously 18 months ago. We booked through lastminute.com and this time we were allocated a standard rather than a superior room. The room was on the ground floor (number 105) and it faced a side street next to the hotel but it was below street level. This... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hotel Pulitzer has 83 double rooms including 1 junior suite. The style is chic & glamour due to the use of luxury materials and finishes, starting from the flooring in Wenge coloured wood that matches the colour of the fabrics and furnishings ranging from white to black, and taking in shades of brown to create a warm, welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The bathrooms of the rooms are a modern interpretation of the 1920s New York style using small ceramic tiles, in this case in black, which go well with the Wenge wood flooring and the contemporary style sanitary fixtures. ... more   less
