We had a great time at this hotel, the pool is really nice when the weather gets too hot and is refreshing after seeing the sites. We caught a bus from just down the road into the main tourist area and bought a ticket for a euro on the first day but didn't ever have to show this on a...

Hotel is clean and service at reception good, however this is not to the standard of what we paid, certainly not a 4 star hotel & needs a little atmosphere. Breakfast is disappointing - horrible coffee & watered down juice, no fresh fruit salad even the croissants were bad. Shower recess kept overflowing due to some problem, no room service,...

Within walking distance (a mile) and a view of the dome of St Peter's from the large balconies (2nd and 3rd floors only ) the Cardinal St Peter is situated in a verdant residential cul-de-sac with (free) private parking, which is unusual in Rome . If driving note that there is a "no entry" sign on Via Dehon that you...

I've been to Rome many times & have stayed in hotels with 2 to 5 star ratings. This is the worst I ever encountered. The hotel is poorly located, poorly maintained, and dirty. The carpet in the breakfast area was filthy. The staff was indifferent and, sometimes, downright hostile. On departure, we had to take our luggage down, because they...

I have to say I was extrememly concerned that having booked our hotel stay and then reading the reviews, the hotel was a long way from evrywhere and we would have to walk miles to get anywhere. It is true the hotel deatils show a ten minute walk to the nearest Metro Station and my partner and I did this...

The first day of arrival to this hotel (Nov 6 and 7, 2009) Our tour guide told us that our luggage will be brought up to our room. Our big luggage (full of clothes/shoes) was brought up in no time. The hand-carry bag was delivered after more than an hour of waiting. Something just didn't seem right. The other travelers...

It is true that this hotel's four star rating is a bit of a stretch, but it is good value for Rome, none the less. If you don't mind walking and can find the closest subway station or figure out the bus routes, its fairly convenient. You can walk to the Vatican in about 20 minutes. The rooms and bathrooms...

The hotel is fine according to the price, but the attitude from all the staff members is really bad. They always showed us we were bothering them...there was a total lack of interest to help us, even to guide us where the toilettes were in the hotel. This is something the owners should take care of. In addition, watch out...
