The hotel itself is located in a block of apartments in its own separate suite, which is then split in to the 6/7 seperate hotel rooms. It is rather hard to find on arrival as theres no clear sign, however using google maps worked. There...More

Our room was excellent, the lighting amazing and the bed so comfortable! The owner and staff are lovely, very friendly. Location is excellent, a 2 minute walk to the nearest Metro station. Thank you for a lovely stay Eros.
We reserved a jacuzzi suite -
We found black substance heavily on the window/wall- black substance in and out of the jacuzzi. We strongly believe this black substance is black mold.
We found dust accumulated on the headboard and in the light fixtures.
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
