This is a fantastic place to stay when in Uribino. In fact...it's the only place you should stay! You're right, we haven't spent the night anywhere else but, it just can't get any better that Cal Torello! The accommodations are magnificent, the owner is most friendly and helpful, and her Italian breakfast will start your day off with a smile....

This B&B is a few kilometres from Urbino, located in the countryside with beautiful views to north and west. The room was clean and comfortable with well appointed bathroom too. Our host Silke went out of her way to help with tourist tips etc but the breakfasts were the highlight. Dining outside enjoying home prepared foods and condiments with never-ending...

The hosts of this property couldn't be more accomodating or helpful. Their breakfasts are amazing - almost couldn't eat for the rest of the day. There are beautiful views from the property. They also gave us great advice about places nearly that we probably wouldn't have visited and we really enjoyed - St leo and St Marino. Loved their friendly...

Ideally suited for visiting nearby Urbino, Cal Torello was a great place to relax. The apartments are extremely comfortable, the breakfast delicious and the welcome of Silke and Luca most warm. They were both determined to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Fantastic views, too.

We had originally booked five nights at a B&B within the walls of the old city. However, after one night in a room that had no door for our supposedly private bathroom (not attached to the wall yet), a musty smell and noise from the street, we gave a call to B&B Cal Torello. Fortunately, Silke had rooms available and...

My wife and I stayed here for four days in September. It is just a ten minute drive from the center of Urbino, yet feels like a rural escape. From the yard we could see hill towns in the distance including San Marino, an independent country, which is about an hour away by car. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable...

I would recommend Cal torero to anyone interested in having a great stay near Urbino. Amazing hosts who provide anything you need, including delicious home made organic breakfasts. The apartment was clean, cool and really nicely decorated. Moreover, the garden and terrace come with an unbelievable view!

Delightful 5 day break at Cal Torello. Beautiful peaceful spot among the Acacia trees, ideally situated for visiting Urbino and the many other towns in untouristy Le Marche. (Don’t miss the Bronzi Dorati in Pergola!) Silke couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Homemade breakfast goodies delivered each evening. Very comfortable bed. And an evening of lively conversation in Silke...

We very much enjoyed our stay at B&B Cal Torello. The rooms are lovely, well furnished, the setting is spectacular, and the location is very convenient to Urbino (about a 10 minute drive away). Silke and Luca are lovely hosts, and made us feel very much at home.
