I travel often, staying in dozens of hotels a year, and this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays ever. My stay started off on a bad note when the first room I was given smelled of smoke. I went back and they offered me the room next door instead. I was assigned a room on the 1st floor...

This hotel is max. 2* or 2*+, but no way 4*! The pictures are misleading. Wifi does not work at all in some rooms and poorly trained, hopeless manager can't do anything about it for 40 hours! In fact I had to wait 30 minutes to speak to him, because he was "too busy" to see his guest. Very inappropriate!...

Real value-for-money at a modern hotel in a very convenient location. Across the street is the intercity bus station, not nearly as noisy as might be expected. Two blocks away is the central train station, also a stop for the airport shuttle bus. A 15 -minute walk (briskly) reaches Piazza Maggiore; about half way along that route the restaurant streets...

We visited this hotel with 4 other couples. All of us had problems with our rooms ranging from room safes that didn't work to missing shower screens. The breakfast was poor and lacking in choice. The best thing was the location and lovely helpful staff.

Unfortunately I don't have great things to say about this hotel On the plus side it is close to the train station in Bologna But not very easy to find as not well sign posted Also the hotel seems to have two names : espressohotel and 4 viale masini The staff were nice and efficient at checkin and checkout The...

Horrible! The receptionist told us that booking a standard room means you have to sleep on the noisy road side. Only superior rooms were on the quiet side of the builiding. Only when we would pay €40 per night extra, he would move us to another room! I think they should mention this with your reservation, a standard room equalizer...

Location is key to this hotel. I wouldn't say its not a good hotel but everything is in order. The breakfast isn't that great but it still is okay, specially the desserts. The hotel is strategically located to the Bologna Centrale so we just walked to the station with our luggages as we took the train back to Milan. It...

It's a shame because one side of the hotel is away from main road but we were in a standard room on road side. Not just noisy but thunderous at times. Hardly any sound insulation even with Windows tightly closed. Basically awful sleeping conditions. Told that illegal to switch on air conditioning in room during winter??? we roasted at 28...

Bit sceptical about this hotel yes it's on a main road and rooms are noisy but we had a great stay 2 couples on a break for New Year's Eve and we stayed 3 nights for £47 per couple per night! What do you expect there are bigger and more star hotel not far away but this was location wise...
