We've been here twice, and this is an amazing find. It's just like being a resident. Clean, modern accommodation right in the heart of a great city. Spectacular views. Friendly, helpful host. Great breakfast. Modest price. Thank, Giovanni.

We were fortunate to stay here on our 1 night visit to Bologna. We found everything to be immaculate and inviting. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The location is central to everything we wanted to visit. Would stay here again if the chance arises.

My husband and I spent almost three weeks in Bologna and stayed at Santo Stefano. Everything was perfect for us and having a kitchen, living area, dining area and large bathroom made it feel like home. We even had a washing machine and that is so nice when you are traveling for a month in Europe. The people were so...

My husband and I have just returned from 4 nights staying at this B&B. We have been having City breaks in Europe for the last 15 years and I can honestly say this is the nicest B&B we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance to the center. The whole accommodation is immaculate with...

Stayed in one of the Santo Stefano Apartments back in June for 3 nights, just got round to writing review! Apartments are directly next door to the B&B. We were 2 single female travellers and had a split level studio apt. Upper level had a single sofa bed and doors opening on to a small balcony with 2 chairs and...

We stayed in their apartments for 3 weeks. We had a studio apartment. This is a perfect size for 2 people. We had a fully equipped kitchen, lots of packing space and a washer in the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were on the top floor - there is a lift should you not wish to climb stairs....

These very comfortable, stylish and affordable apartments are a great alternative to the many expensive and nondescript hotels in Bologna. Situated in the historic city center – a seven minute stroll to the San Petronio cathedral and only two minutes away from the oldest and most charming church Santo Stefano. I stayed at a very generous one-bedroom apartment - crisply...

I originally planned to stay in Bologna for 2 weeks, but my travel partners decided that they did not want to stay in Bologna. So after they returned to the US, I rented the San Stefano Apartment studio for 2 nights. It was truly the nicest place I stayed in 3 weeks in Italy, and I wished I had stayed...

We stayed at B & B Santo Stefano for four nights and enjoyed every minute. The location was perfect - an easy walk to Piazza Maggiore, Asinelli's Tower and Basilica of Santo Stefano, but was away from the congestion of these places. There is an abundance of restaurants and shops close by. The service was second to none. We enjoyed...

Perfect location. Easy walk to centre to city. Close to excellent local restaurants. Beautiful quiet room at back of apartment, overlooking courtyard with fountain. Lovely atmosphere of peace and tranquility with the kind attention of owner and housekeeper. Excellent choice of buffet style breakfast, including fresh fruits. One of the best B&B experiences we've ever had. Highly recommended.
