Located about 15 min by bike (or 1 hr by walking--- because our bikes were stolen in Bologna) this site offers sunny and shady well maintained pitches. Lovely looking pool but was closed! Nice gym for extra 4 Euro charge. Free limited wifi near office. Hot showers, hot water for washing dishes, several laundry machines and clothes line! Unfriendly staff...

We stopped there yesterday. The man at the desk told us that due to the terrorists in france and belguim he would require us to forfeit our passports to him while we paid 9.5 E each to view his place stuck in the middle of a farmers field. We thought the prices were exhorbitant so we wanted to look around...

Eight of us stayed in three bungalows. The site is a bit out of the way and we were without a car but the bus service that runs to and from the site was excellent. A few late nights meant a taxi back but it worked out about €3 each so not bad at all. It is out the way...

Although getting to the site can feel a bit daunting as you wind your way round the Via Stalingrado past deserted fairgrounds and strange industrial areas, it's great when you get there with shaded pitches and a good pool. The big advantage is that a bus runs right into the heart of the city, taking away all those traffic and...

I always choose hotels/hostels based on its price, cuz I'm a low budget traveler. This time wasn't different, and although it felt strange when I first saw it on the internet, this feeling disappeared when I arrived. The place is very different from the urban experiences I used to have - you feel you're in the middle of nothing, but...

Out of season (kid's Oct half term) so campsite very quiet. Arrived late - all placements with electricity but no water. Wasn't an issue as so quiet we could camp near facilities. Very clean but placements very small and with low hedges so no privacy. Again wasn't an issue as quiet so one near us but would be at busy...

We use this campsite for our overnight stay on our route the ferry to Greece from Ancona. It is close to the motorway and has adequate facilities, the pool is nice to cool of in. It also has the advantage of taking larger units, we were a motorhome towing a boat and we stayed in the car park with electricity....

An excellent one night stopover, which can be extended to take opportunity of the shuttle bus directly from the campsite into Bologna city centre. The area around the site is slightly seedy, but don't let that put you off. Good large pitches, whether for a tent or camper. Very clean and good facilities and good, large pool. Staff appear a...
