If you like something special, that is the space. It is an incredible private Appartment high in the middle of Bologna, just a few minutes away from the important things, foods, churches and places. Not only that, lovely Patricia tells you the history of Bologna, shows you pictures where you can go. Reserves nice places to eat, tells you her...

Bologna is a truly beautiful city. Staying at Patrizia's B&B is a wonderful base from which to savour the delights of Bologna and, for us, the amazing mosaics of Ravenna. We stayed here five years ago and it was a special treat to return. Patrizia is a wonderfully warm and generous host. Her home is beautiful; filled with music, spacious,...

The apartment is central located, actually, it is not an apartment, it is a charming penthouse with huge green terrace and unforgettable atmosphere. You will taste the real Bologna's heart if you visit this space. Bedrooms are clean, comfortable mattresses. Nice bathrooms. The best is the location and the common areas. Pat is a nice middle age lady trying to...

I had three wonderful days at Patrizias enchanting place. Nostalgic with a lot of flair, loving welcome, fine breakfast with sensationell coffee. It was pleasant close with sufficient privacy. The access by car is not possible because it is located in the middle of the old town. Therefore you will be compensated by the most pleasant hostess with brilliant insider tips

We stayed in several cities in Italy during our summer trip but the night we spent at Patrizias place in Bologna is certainly a highlight. Absolutely stunning apartment. Service was really beyond what one can expect of anyone. Patrizia is a very knowledgable woman and helps out with just about anything. Top place, top host!

It was not my first visit to Bologna, but this is by far the best B&B I have stayed in so far - Patrizia has a stunning top floor home with gorgeous views of the neighbouring towers and church top, right in the centre of town! A real gem. The hospitality was top-quality, and we felt so welcome, able to...

Unlike any other B and B I've been, we were made to feel at home immediatly .Within the grand and historic building in the very centre of the city you are taken up in the stylish art deco oval lift high above the streets, giving you intimate views to some of the most famous land marks. Patrizia's rooms are beautiful...

Splendid B&B, located in the heart of Bologna. Large rooms, nicely decorated, full of amusing and elegant knick-knacks. Green terrace where it's good to relax or have breakfast. Interesting library, and the host, Patrizia, is a font of knowledge about Bologna. The place to be in Bologna !
