We stayed one night and had a very nice experience. Alice at reception is a doll, easy to communicate with, and very prompt returning messages. The apartment would be great for those staying more than a day or two in the city. The location was convenient to Centro and everything was very clean and tidy. They kindly had a pack...

The studios are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly: they even contacted the police because we drove through a "residents only street" declaring that we were staying in the hotel, a procedure to avoid getting a ticket.

Oh dear, where to begin... This is a review of room 235. It was described as overlooking a courtyard when in reality said courtyard is more of a glorified airshaft. Shutters had to be kept closed for privacy giving the apartment the feel of a cell. Furnishings give a new meaning to the term minimalism. The place looks like they...

We spent 2 nights here after searching online and got a small suite on the second floor (primo piano in Italy!). Decent price for the near downtown location. Good AC, clean, quiet dark room if you close the windows and shutters, very modern bathroom. Guy at reception was a little off-putting and neglected to tell us the wifi password. Also...

Not only excellent location with a short stroll to the wonderful Garibaldi Square & centre, also excellent attention by helpful receptionist. On our first night we had a problem with the air conditioning, however was rectifyed by the time we returned the following day. Quiet room overlooking the courtyard plus clean towels daily. Having the kitchen/fridge facility is useful for breakfast.

We selected this hotel for it's convenience to the tourist area of Parma and because it was next to a restaurant we wanted to try. We got a suite for a reasonable price that was set up with a basic kitchen and plenty of room. Check-in is a little inconvenient in that the desk is not always manned. The fixtures...

I 've been in the hotel during three weeks for professional reasons. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was more than firendly and took very much care of us. The rooms were very clean and had enough space to let you think that you were in a small cute appartment. Moreover, the restaurant that is under the hotel is...

The hotel is about a 7-minute walk from the historical center. The rooms and facilities are nice, modern, and clean. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. There is a good supermarket nearby that is open everyday until 20:30. I would recommend that you ask for street-facing rooms, as my room faced the interior courtyard and was therefore dark even...

I would return here anytime. Walk to anywhere. Very modern with all facilities for quiet charming hotel. Across the street from old old church and lots of restaurants nearby. A lot for your money. One of the staff of two people can help with English when they are there. I think they work in an elegant little bistro in the...
