I chose this hotel because it was very conveniently located, just 5 min walk from the railway station; the room was spacious, clean, and very nicely designed. The desk behind the bed allows you to stay up and work without bothering anyone else who you may be traveling with. Wifi was steady and fast. The bathroom was new and shiny....

There was a stuff in reception in Savoy hotel. He was so unkind and so unhelpfull. He gave us small and dark room. I dont recomend this hotel. Hotel not good and staff not helpfull. Elevator didn't work properly also. My room so dark and not comfortable

This hotel has very modern decor, with comfortable bed and a few built-ins. Bath tub is very deep and could make showering difficult for older guests. Breakfast was good but not as varied as in many other Italian hotels. Good location, within 10-15 minute walk from the center. Parking is off premises in a public garage nearby, about 10 minute...

Good location close to the railway station. Rooms are clean and comfortable. What let this hotel down was the breakfast service. The service at breakfast was very poor, with little or no help from the staff, no spoons, no juice, no milk, and when you asked for these items they just shrugged their shoulders , I would recommend not to...

Hotel is lovely. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great location, close to railway station. My only gripe is the staff on at breakfast. We were told that breakfast is until 10. We went down at 9.40 and found that some things were finished and not replenished. Then the staff started quickly taking stuff away so we couldn't get it. For...

Pros: Renovated washroom - the only photos you'll find when you try to book. Location. Cons: Don't stay here if you're expecting a higher than 2 star experience. The hotel is easy to find but parking is far. The rooms are tiny and resemble prison cells, but the highlight of our 1 night stay was the front desk attendee, who...

The location of the the hotel is excellent. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station where the No. 6 bus from the airport will drop you. It is on the perimeter of the historic centre and most of the the locations you will want to visit are within walking distance. The hotel has clearly been totally refurbished recently...

The hotel was in a great location near the train station and not far from town. It was clean and comfortable. Negative points, room had a bad smell like stale cigarette smoke and the breakfast was probably the poorest I had in Italy. No parma ham at breakfast in parma was a surprise considering it was everywhere else we stayed!

Slightly surprised it was a four star hotel. Very clean and neat inside, and good location, but service and facilities below expected. Safely, our room overlooked a street that apparently housed an all-night recycling/bottle-bank area that was too noisy to leave the window open. Breakfast quite disappointing and awful coffee. Not particularly good value given the above.

A ten minute walk from the train station and same distance to the city center. RIght on busy commercial street with lots of shops and cafes nearby. Totally renovated inside in tasteful, modern design. Comfortable, nicely decorated rooms. Good size breakfast buffet.

“We had a room close to the corner and it likely would have been noisy in the summer with the windows open. As we were there in October, our windows were closed and noise was not an issue, but maybe ask for an inside room to avoid any possible noise problems.”
