I arrived at this place with a voucher issued by my travel agency for Arte Hotel. When I asked for the room they told me that Arte Hotel does not exist any more and a new hotel (Leonardo Hotel) is established here for almost half a year now. It took me a while to figure out what has happened and... More

We had there one night. Luckily. The 'hotel' room was in terrible condition. I saw a piece of old piss and a hair on a toilet. The funny part is that this toilet was labeled with some strap as 'guarantee of cleanliness'. The floor was dirty as hell, for sure was not washed before our visit. The shower cabin had... More

Basic Hotel, small room, but comfortable bed, mini bar. The shower worked well and I had a door on to a balcony. Location is great in terms of the motorway. The room was clean but the carpet on the first floor was stained in a few places which gave a bad impression. We did not eat here as our time... More

Small hotel, small room, small breakfast choice, small "terasse" infront. In other Words, not a place to stay too long but it is not far from the center and not too expensive at 85 euros a night. Apart from that it is clean, internet ok, didn't try the restaurant but you should go eat in town anyway in Parma !... More

Very basic hotel. It is good for those who travel by car. The hotel has enough parking places. Breakfast was ok. We also had large safe box in the room and an air conditioning that worked well. The room was clean. However, there was an old and strange smell in the foyer.

We stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop of our journey to San Gimignano. It was as expected - very basic but clean - value for money. Easy parking at front, good enough room for 1 night with a small bathroom containing a sink, toilet and shower. Parma Centre is just a 5 minute drive away and is a... More

I stayed there just for one night as a solo traveller and I noticed many young people staying there as well! You get what you are paying for. The room was simple but clean, the bed was fine and the bathroom clean with all toiletries etc. Also the receptionist were very helpful! Across the street from the hotel there is... More

Located in what appears to be a semi residential / commercial area. It has easy access to motorway. About 1.5 miles to centre of Parma by direct route, where there is plentiful and cheap off street parking. Plenty of free parking around hotel itself. Room and bathroom were very clean and modern. Only problem was with aircon - that I... More
