My third time in this hotel: last time it was maybe 8 years ago. I was pleased to find that the standard was more or less the same except breakfast was not as good as previously. A simple, clean and pleasant hotel, obviously managed well but on a shoestring. Perfectly ok for a quick visit to this gorgeous town.

Great location, safe and convenient. All hotel staff were top-notch and the hotel was modernized and spotless. My room was in the "new" building (the back section) and my single room was twice the size of a single room in the front section, the bathroom was updated, and finishes were new. 106 faces the side street and is quiet. We stayed here for our stay in Parma and it was decent. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean enough, and the hotel provides free parking in a fenced-off parking lot, which is nice. A bit of a walk from the city centre, but nice if you need to park the car.

My first time in Parma. We drove down and the hotel is very centrally located. Very nicely down reception and rooms are very nice. Bathroom is very very good. Excellent shower. Comfortable sleep. They have acres to a garage where they let you park for a small fee. Ten minute walk to the main city centre. Next to railway station.... More

Hotel room was comfortable and well-appointed and staff was welcoming and cordial. Parking was just behind hotel in a locked outdoors area. Within walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see while in Parma, but questionable people in area around hotel itself and in front of bus terminal which we passed when walking to town. Not bad during... More

- To reach the Hotel it was not easy, as in Parma they have redesigned the Railway Station area consequently had to call the Reception few times to get the indication and the good thing is that the staff guide you as if you are from the same town and you know the way all by itself. - Check in... This hotel is as good as it looks in the photos. New, stylish and clean, the century hotel was a pleasant surprise after a long day of travelling. The rooms are big and the bed enormous. Very good value.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in Parma for 4 nights (March 9-12, 2014). It was close to the train station, but within easy walking distance (10-15 min.) to the town center, museums, the Cathedral, major shopping streets, etc. I thought that the hotel lobby was lovely, and our room was small, but clean with lots of nice...
