This hotel has great friendly staff who speak English well. Beautiful decor and it has stunning bathrooms. A very stylish hotel. Breakfasts are great to start ones day. The hotel was close to historical sites and the Christmas market and parking next to the hotel was convenient for our hired car. All in all a fabulous stay. Rory & Natalie...

Totally satisfying under every aspect, Grande Albergo Roma is an ancient structure that has been completely renovated and refurbished very recently. It maintains its vintage aura, but everything is state-of-the-art. In the heart of the city, it offers secure underground garages - to be honest, quite tiny for today's vehicles - and a panoramic restaurant on the 7th floor. The...

The restaurant-bar is on the top floor with a marvelous view on the old city of Piacenza. The hotel is situated right in the centre of the town at two steps of the Piazza dei Cavalli. Friendly staff, good wifi in the spacious rooms. Nicely decorated rooms. Spacious garage, even fit for large cars.

Excellent. Best choice in Piacenza. Very convinient place at the centre of the city. Very clean. Very good service. Friendly people. The only problem in Italy in general is the parking place. The hotel will guide you to solve this problem.

This hotel was perfect for my business trip in Piacenza. It's very modern and clean in a great location in the centre next to lots of amazing restaurants. The people who worked there were very friendly and helped me out with any questions about the area. The restaurant has an incredible view over the city with an outdoor area too....

Very good hotel located close to historic district. Room that I had was good and clean with tub-shower. Nice terrace bar where you also have your breakfast. Personal was nice and friendly. Raffaella was very nice and willing to help answering questions. All good including price

It was as nice a hotel stay as any I've had anywhere. The people were extraordinarily helpful and treated us like family. The vistas, service, food and drinks in the restaurant/bar were exceptional. A stroll at any time of day or evening is recommended!

Very well located in the historic center of the city. Even if the interior design is a bit out fashioned, the queen size bed is confortable (4 pillows). Our room was a bit noisy though. The welcome was warm, but the waitress at the breakfast didn't say a word, nor a smile (this is the only negative note). A beautiful...

Hotel staff was friendly. Great location steps away from center square. Bed was a little uncomfortable as the pushed two twins together to make a queen size. The restaurants view and food were really good.

Recently visited the region and chose Piacenza as a not-too-far-from Milan's Malpensa first stop. The Grande Albergo Roma was a good overnight choice. Friendly staff. affordable and comfortable with a good restaurant. Hotel has parking and is close to the square and small but interesting city center.
