The good things first: the location is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, it is (as you would expect) extremely clean, also quiet, the bed was large and comfortable, and and the breakfasts are good (especially the coffee, fruit and plain yogurt). On the other side, our room (a junior suite) was dark and gloomy, and the housekeeping left...

Ideally located for walking to all the UNESCO heritage churches and enjoying Ravenna's central area, the hotel is modern, light and airy in an old building. Rooms are large and well lit and furnished, the bed was really comfortable. Staff were charming and very helpful. The bathroom was large, had a full bath and separate shower, lovely thick towels and...

What a hidden gem. We booked the hotel based on the ratings and we were not disappointed. In fact we were highly pleased with everything including: location (close to city center but, quiet); front desk (thank you Monica and Letizia); spacious room; breakfast (food and service - thank you Giovanna). Ravenna is a beautiful city, Palazzo Bezzi made it all...

If I could give an award to this hotel I would. We cannot remember when it was the last time we stayed so good for so little. This hotel delivered 200% satisfaction. The room we had was facing the back yard and it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast selections was better than eight other hotels (also more expensive ones) we...

We had a fabulously large room and excellent bathroom in this old but newly refurbished palazzo hotel. Extremely bright and clean, kettle with teas etc. it is so well located in the historic centre that we could not have had a better experience. The breakfasts are amongst the best for choice and freshness we've ever had round Europe. All Staff...

Excellent hotel with excellent room! Free wifi. Friendly and professionals employees. Nearby to historical places of Ravenna, to be visited in 10-15 minutes walking. We parked just in front of the hotel paying a little amount (0,5€ x hour) Ratio between price / service: super! Absolutely advisable

If Tripadvisor allowed it, I would give the Hotel Palazzo Bezzi a score of 4.5 as it was almost perfect as a base for a short break to Ravenna. It was clean and comfortable, the bedroom was large and well equipped, with a nice firm bed, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and it is...

In Italy, any urban building built as a grand residence is a palazzo (with thanks to Wikipedia). This hotel is called Palazzo and while it is not "a Palace", it is very nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is convenient to a lot of the attractions of Ravenna, with good restaurants nearby. Breakfast...

This hotel is situated in a strategic location in Ravenna city centre, at walking distance from the pedestrian-only zone and to a number of local restaurants. Yet it is easily reachable by car and also offers free parking space at 1 minute walk. Our room was extremely clean, spacious and the bathroom was new and perfectly working. The hotel staff...
