Modern facilities in a converted rope making factory, 2km (dependent on route) from Trieste city centre, well served by regular buses. On site free parking. Modern, air-conditionned rooms, great breakfast buffet in a quiet suburb. Easy to access from the autosrade without driving through the downtown area, though the oneway system can confuse (made harder by Google Maps).

Absolutely outstanding - we rang in advance to let them know we wouldn't be arriving until after midnight because of our ferry arrival time. In fact, the ferry was 3 hours late so didn't arrive until 4am, but they couldn't have been more welcoming. Comfortable bed, great shower, great selection for breakfast - and the most outstanding thing was how... More

It was our second time here. We have stayed for 3 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is situated in a silent area outside the centre of Trieste. Approximately 20 minutes slow walk. Qualified and helpful staff (support with reservations for dinner, places to see and other recommendations). Parking spaces are available outside on the street.... More

Second time here and this one a week business trip, great little hotel but a little way out of city, 20 minute walk if you are ok at navigation but easy to get lost if not. Breakfast is limited but selection quality is great, staff helpful but beware of street only parking.

We arrived late in Trieste (around midnight) and the hotel staff waited up for us. The room was beautiful and nice and clean. In the morning, they had a delicious assortment of homemade pastries along with other breakfast items that were so good. They also served coffee, tea and juice. The service was wonderful. The hotel was close to the... More

Were I here on business I may have given this newly renovated place 3 out of 5. But for leisure it fails almost completely. Regardless of which category, the universal issue was that the shower had almost zero pressure when using hot water. Worse still, was the way hotel dealt with this issue. After mentioning it to reception and being... More

My friends and I had the pleasure of stopping in Trieste for only 17 hours after driving across the Julian Alps. The maze of streets made it a little challenging to find the hotel, even with the help of Garmin, and also made it a little challenging to get to the heart of Trieste. The staff at the hotel were... Very clean room in a little nice hotel in a quiet residential area above the town on a hill not far from the castle and the beautiful cathedral of St. Giusto. Easy the parking. By foot in 15' you arrive in the center through the historical part of the town. Breakfast buffet is very good and fresh, with homemade cakes,... More

The hotel is located well above Trieste, about the same height as the castle but on a neighbouring hill. Instead of driving up through the old town (where our GPS took us the first time around), better to take the main ring-road from the East that makes for an easier approach. We stayed for two nights and were amazed at... More
