I visited for a week during August 2016 after numerous visits to La Faula in the past and must say this genuinely a great place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Everything is of a high standard, breakfast and evening meals are to a high standard and plentiful and the rooms well decorated, clean and comfortable. Added to this are... More

Nice country house with very friendly owners with relaxing and easy going atmosphere. Beautifully decorated spacious old-fashioned rooms. Excellent place for families, especially if you love dogs <3 Very good breakfast included, fresh eggs, homemade bread. Lot of things to see nearby, jus ask Paul for his recommendation list. We had a really good stay there, would definitely go again... More

Stopped in one of the Bungalows at the Agriturismo which was very clean and comfortable. We ate in most nights and the food was fantastic. Paul and Luca were fantastic hosts and made evening meals great fun by engaging everyone in conversation. The three courses served each evening are beautifully cooked and there is always the option of a Second... More

Best agriturismo in eastern Italy. Just east of Udine in the country and a hotel that grows it's own wine. Room was very big and had the beans from the old structure on the high ceiling, very comfortable with antiques. Eating outside under a grape arbor looking out over fields and grapes is a perfect way to have dinner and... More

This was our fifth stay at la faula in as many years. Actually it would have been more, as we often fancy a spontaneous trip down there but they´re usually booked out at short notice. Nonetheless, its the one place we feel we have to get to at least once each year. Why do we love it? Three main reasons:... More

It's been nearly a year since we stayed at La Faula, but my children still talk about "Paul & Lucca's farm" all the time. In fact La Faula has become our benchmark for accommodation excellence and my review is only delayed in that it's hard to convey in words just how magical La Faula is. The accommodation, facilities (pool, grounds,... More

La Faula is an agriturismo++++plus. Quiet surroundings, plenty of things to do, great meals and even better wines. Breakfast and Diner under the grape covered pergola is so relaxing. Spotless clean rooms, great beds, great swimming pool. Most of all: the owners Paul and Luca with their team who will do anything to give you a great time. It is... More

We spent a week at La Faula, and it is truly a magical place. Almost don't want to write this review as want to keep it for ourselves, but the guys deserve to get the praise and the guests to keep coming back. The whole experience for our family of four was relaxing and that's saying something with two boys... More

We've visited La Faula many times, and we continue to enjoy every visit. Our children have literally grown up, with holidays there, with our youngest going from since she was under one, to now over 7. They love every visit, and the moment we leave everyone is asking to go back. The bungalows were great when the children were very... More

After viewing the rave reviews on Trip Advisor and reading La Faula's website we had high expectations of what we hoped would be a stress free, relaxing holiday for our family of 4 (two children aged 3and 1). I can only echo all the positive reviews given by other travellers. We felt like we were staying at a friends house... More
